Barb was sitting in a chair in her own separate room. The Trolls had their own rooms since they came. Barb was staring at the ceiling, thinking of Sparky. Their argument was a little heated. Barb sighed and sat up
She finally let everything out and how she truly felt with her, but the gap in her just got worse. Timber said it would get better, but it felt worse. Sparky was the only person Barb could actually be herself around
So why did she suddenly feel bad. That's when she heard her door open and put a box in her hair and looked
There was Timber. He actually had his mask off this time. Barb tilted her head confused
"Uhhhh I'm waiting for someone kid." Barb said
"Oh!! Queen Barb! It's me!" Timber said
"Timber? Wow!! You look- way more different than I expected." Barb said
Timber laughed
"Come on! I wanna show you something!" Timber said running out of the room
Barb watched him run out then looked up at the box that was in her hair. She took it out and put it on the table
"Sorry Sparky... but- what's the point?.." Barb said
She left the room and followed Timber out. He was going downstairs in the chamber. Barb looked real confused. What was down there that she needed to see? She sighed and followed him down
They arrived and kept walking passed the gate where there was a door at the end of the hall. Timber opened it and Barbs eyes widened
There was liquid from what it seemed like in her eyes boiling. It was the exact same color that the strings had. She looked down at Timber who was putting another container by the orange one
"U-uhh!! Kid! Whatttttt is this?" Barb asked
"You're revenge duh! You never got to have what you wanted thanks to Queen Poppy! You never got to have it your way! I know you wanted to have everyone together again! That's why you did what you did!" Timber smiled
"Well yeahhhh but that was- years ago dude! At least 3 years ago! I've changed since then. The way it is now is so much better than what I had in mind." Barb said
Timbers smile went away
"What?"
"Look bud, I'm real happy you admire me! But- I'm not this troll anymore... I've changed! And- for the better." Barb said
Timber glared at her and started to growl
"I did this for you! All of this, for you!!" Timber said
"I understand! But- you're admiring the wrong side of me." Barb told him
He scoffed
"You were my hero!" Timber said
"I understand! Come on kid, let's just- give this stuff back to who it belongs too." Barb said
"No! I'm doing this for me now." Timber said
"Timber, you're angry, I get it! Believe me I know what it's like.. but you are making a mistake." Barb said
Timber walked away deeper into the room. Barb followed him
"🎸 The path of hate is a dangerous track. You take one step and it's hard to turn back! It pulls you along, and though it seems wrong it feels right 🎸" Barb sang
Barb looked at the containers. Now she understood why everyone was starting to lose their color
"🎸 Don't you see this path you're on leaves a permanent mark... it feels good at first, then it slowly turns dark. With each passing day, you're further astray from the light 🎸" Barb said holding her hand out
