"Nailah Redmond" the doctor said
"Coming" I said getting up following the doctor
"Is it just you today" she asked
"Yep"
She led me into the ultrasound room
"Could u hop on the bed foe me" she said opening the her computer
I put ma purse in the chair nd got on the bed
"Is this ur first ultrasound"
"Yes actually"
"Ok then tell me bout u nd the pregnancy" she asked typing on her computer
"Well I'm 17. I'm a senior in high school I'm 3 months nd 2 weeks pregnant nd i foundout 2 weeksago" I said watching her type
"Oh ok any sickness or pains" she asked
" I had really bad morning sickness nd no pains"
"Ok then" she said continuing to type
"Let's get started" she said helping me lay back
She lifted ms shirt nd put the gel on ma stomach
"ouu it's cold" I said as she rubbed it all ova ma stomach
The picture of the baby started to show up. I looked at it nd cried. It's like it just hit me fr dat I was actually carrying a baby.
"This is your beautiful baby" she said
I was just in amazement like dat was my baby in my stomach. So I called Tariq
"Wsp ma" he said kinda slurred but I didn't catch on
"Look at our baby" I said showing him the screen
"Fym our baby" he said getting angry
"This is our baby" i said low-key scared
"Another bitch tryna pin a baby on me wtf wrong with yall" his words where slurring more nd more nd he was angry ash
"Ok Tariq imma call u later" I said before hanging up
"Is everything alright" the doctor asked
"Yea everything's fine" I said as she cleaned me up
