I'm changing the Titan powers a bit in this story. The first change is that I'm removing the 14 year rule. Also, if a Titan Shifter is killed, they have to make physical contact with someone to transfer it, rather than be eaten by a pure Titan. Finally, Shifters can utilize certain Titan powers without changing into their Titan form. Here are the characters' powers:
Kaito: Hardening and weapon creation, enhanced strength and durability
Annie: Can harden small parts of her body nearly instantly, enhanced speed
Falco: Enhanced speed and mobility, ability to create sharp hardening around his jaw and fingers
(I'm also giving Falco the ability to turn into his Beast or Jaw Titan forms individually)
I'm calling the human Titan forms "Hybrid Form". Hybrid Warhammer, Hybrid Female, and Hybrid Jaw. When they use the Hybrid Forms, they take on some traits from their Titan forms. Kaito's skin turns white and there are red lines on his face like his Titan's, Annie gains exposed muscle tissue on her body, and Falco gets talons and armor over his face, as well as fur on his shoulders
