okay so today im here to talk about working out

people who say "i dont have time" or whatever some crap like that piss me off

you do have time

you're just stalling

working out does not necessarily mean some 2 hour hardcore full body work out okay no

it could be doing some stretching or walking your fricking dog for like 5 minutes hoe you do have time

i work out for like 6-10 minutes everyday

yeah i know thats not a lot but guess what !! i don't really care awh ://

im just glad ive finally got around to doing it, even if its just a couple of minutes

so my workout is like this:

okay pick your favorite song and,,

verse one: squats

chorus: jumping jacks

verse two: plank

chorus: jumping jack

verse three: squats

rest of the song: run hoe run !!

n i do this a couple of times a day n i know its lame but im like rlly out of shape cri

and im not like telling any one to workout but like if you want to do it dont make up excuses like you don't have time oKAY if you do that you're never gonna do it
