Karena Bolton made peace with her lot in life early on. A descendant of the Red Kings and a woman to boot, she'd always be looked at with scorn and distrust by most. Alessia Dayne was often forgotten about. She'd gotten used to it, in a way. She was not the heir like Axel, nor the Sword of the Morning like Arthur. And, unlike Ashara, she was no great beauty for songs to be written about. However, with Baelon she never felt like that.
