Every Night Selene had the same dream.
A faceless smile,
An eclipsing moon,
Fire in hues of solid gold,
Stars disappearing from the sky,
And then a name called out;
"Hannah."

She hated that dream and yet loved it. It was some phenomenon her brain had conjured years ago, but it refused to fail her curious mind.
She had seen a doctor about it, a therapist, a psychiatrist, her mother, the cashier at Aldi, and still had no answer.

Didn't matter though, she'd paint it out on a board with weird stares from the group time and time again until she untangled her clue to wonderland.

Until then though, she had to stop holding up the checkout line and take her food home before the ice cream melted.

"Goodbye Joan." Selene smiled and walked away, forgetting to get any sort of bag for all her food and left.
