Happy birthday...

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Marinette opens her eyes to see Nino, Alya, and her parents. She rubs her eyes in surprise. Balloons and streamers covered her room. "Why are you guys here so early?" Marinette says.
"Alya had the idea to take you shopping before your big party this afternoon!" Marinettes mom had said. Marinette turned her head to look at Alya. Everything that she had come to realize the day before came flooding her memory.
"I don't want to go." Marinette says before covering her head with her blankets.
"Please marinette? We have a long day ahead of us and we need you out of the house." Her father says to her.
"Fine. But only for a couple hours." Marinette says.
Nino walks outside and waits in the car while marinette gets ready.

At Adriens mansion he wasn't taking their "breakup" so well. His father started noticing him crying throughout the day.

Adrien was in his room playing his piano when suddenly a burst at the door, It was Natalie.
"Adrien are you okay? Your father and I have noticed you moping around." She said.
"Yeah I'm fine. It's not like you actually care, your just getting paid to care." Adrien snarled.
"Adrien...that's not true." Natalie says.
"Then why are you in here instead of my father."
"Because your father isn't feeling well. He hasn't been for the past month. You know this." Natalie sits next to Adrien at his piano.
"Yeah okay. Natalie I'm going to a party tonight. No I don't need a guard I'm old enough to take myself out." Adrien says before moving off of his stool.
"Okay well, finish your mandarin lesson before you go."Natalie says before leaving his room.
Adrien walks towards his bed and lays with his face in his pillow. Plagg comes out of his cheese pantry and lays next to him.
"Adrien. I've never seen you so...depressed. I don't think it's a good idea going to a party that is hosted by the girl that broke your heart." The kwami says.
"I have to Plagg. I promised Nino." Adrien goes into his kitchen and grabs a bottle of beer that was sitting on the top shelf of his fridge. He looks at it and sighs before taking a sip.

At marinettes house, marinette had just gotten back from shopping.She was in her bedroom getting ready for the party. She stood infront of the mirror adding finishing touches to her outfit. She wore a beautiful blue silk dress.
"Guys, today is the day that I confront everyone. I'm tired of all the lies and secrets."
The kwamis start murmuring under their breaths.
"Marinette we have a gift for you." Tiki says before coming up to Marinette with a gift wrapped in purple wrapping paper. The kwamis follow behind tiki before tiki gives the gift to Marinette. Marinette looks at it in awe.

"You guys shouldn't have done this." She says before opening the gift. Inside was a box and inside that box was a necklace with a ladybug on it.
"Thank you guys so much." She opens her arm out for the kwamis to hug her. They all go in for the hug.
"Okay guys I have to go now. But I will be back later." Marinette leaves her bedroom and goes into a car.

Marinette just outside of the party closes the car door behind her. She slowly walks to the door of the venue Alya had it at. She knocks at the door when suddenly a familiar face opens it.
"Happy birthday marinette." Luka says in a quiet voice.
"Luka?..." she rolled her eyes before pushing pass him to go to the party inside.
"Happy birthday Marinette!" Everyone yelled.
"Thank you everyone. I really appreciate this." Marinette scans around the room to see Alya walking towards her.
"Happy birthday to my best-friend." She says before giving marinette a glass of strong alcohol. They clink their glasses together and drink it.
Out of the corner of marinettes eye she spots adrien by the bar. She walks up to him.
"Adrien...hi." She's says before sitting next to him.
Adrien turns with an angry look on his face. Marinette noticed the multiple empty glasses in front of him.
"Enjoying your birthday?" He says with a smug face. He then lifts an empty glass, motioning the bartender to get him more.
"Adrien, are you drunk right now?"

Adrien turns back to Marinette and starts laughing.
"Just trying to stay sane Marinette." He says before grabbing the glass the bartender just poured and downing it.
"Adrien, is something wrong?" Marinette asks with a concerned face.
"Everything is fine. Just the same old pain." He looks at the bar tender. "Two more of these buddy." Adrien says to him.
"Um maybe we shouldn't." Marinette suggests. Adrien grabs her by her hands before pulling her up. "Dance with me." He says before spinning her around.

Marinette holds on to him just in case he lost his balance. She looks up at him while her head was on his chest. His eyes were staring back at hers. She had no clue what was wrong with him but she started to notice him losing his balance. She placed him down on a near by couch.
"Adrien stay here and sober up." She walks towards the bar to grab a cup of water when luka comes towards her.
"Marinette can we please talk?" Luka grabs her hands.
Marinette pulls her hands back. "What do you want?"
Luka looks down, he seemed like he was nervous. "I saw you and Adrien together, dancing. I just wanted to know if there was something going on between you two."

Marinette looks at luka with a confused face. "Luka. Even if there was something going on I wouldn't tell you. Also, you didn't tell Alya I know about the whole plan right?" Marinette asks trying to brush off Lukas concern.
"No, but if your going to do something about it I recommend doing it soon. She never told me what she was going to do but all I know is that she wants to do it tonight."

Marinette looked around the room to see Alya speaking to Lila. She then looks at the couch she had put Adrien on to find he wasn't there anymore.
"God luka, I have to go." She looks around the venue to look for Adrien. She walks toward the upstairs part of the venue to see the bathrooms and a closet next to them. She opens the closet to be pulled inside. Adrien puts her against the wall and puts his face close to hers.
"Adrien there you are. I was looking all over for you."
Adrien didn't talk back he just stared into her blue eyes.
"Adrien are you okay?..." Marinette asked.
Adrien suddenly puts one of his hands next to her head and the other one on her chin. Marinette flinched by the aggressiveness.
"Marinette, can't you see?" He says.
"I mean I have pretty good eyesight so I think so. But is there something I'm supposed to see?" She says in a cocky voice.
"Me. You haven't been seeing me marinette."
Marinette started getting those butterflies again. She hasn't felt these in a while.
"What do you mean Adrien?"
"I mean You pushed me away. When all I wanted to do was love you."

"Adrien your drunk." Marinette tries to get out of adriens grip but failed. "Let me go."
Adrien smirks "No princess."
Marinettes face fell to the ground. Her heart began to beat faster.
"W-w-what...di-did you just call me Adrien."
"I said..." Adrien moved even closer to her. Their lips were just a breath away. "No princess."
"Adrien...your chatnoir?"
"Bingo."
Marinette couldnt speak. Her heart was in her throat.

Adrien laughs "And now you know princess. I know what I want marinette." He places his thumb over her lip. "There's no more excuses."
Marinette gathers her thoughts. "What exactly is it that you want Chaton?"
Adrien presses his forehead against hers. "Princess I want whatever you want."

"Well then come get it, kitty." Marinette says before placing her lips on Adriens.
Their kiss was intense and strong. Marinette ran her fingers through Adriens hair.
Marinette then got the confidence that she needed. She pulled out from the kiss of Adriens "I'll be right back I have to take care of something." She said and ran out of the closet. She could hear him yelling her name.

Marinette ran downstairs to the dj station where Nino was.
"Nino give me the mic." She said in a stern voice.
"But marinette-" Nino says.
"I said give me the microphone Nino." Marinette repeats herself.
Nino reluctantly gives her the microphone.
Marinette stands on thé dj booth with the microphone in her hand.

"Hey everyone I have an announcement!" She screams to get everyone's attention. "As some of you may know my best friend Alya planned this whole party. Everyone give her a round of applause." The crowd starts clapping and cheering. Marinette notices thé smile on Alyas face.
"She's just great isn't she? Well she's a lying bitch." The crowd gasps and starts murmuring. "She's been going behind my back to fuck up my life with that other lying bitch named lyla." Alya then starts to get angry.

"Oh Alya...don't get so upset because your little side kick named Luka told me everything. Oh and also everyone Luka isn't innocent either. He confessed his fake love for me just so he would be able to stomp on my heart but I didn't go for it." Marinette then sees Adrien come downstairs and walk towards her. Marinette jumps off of the dj booth and walks up to Adrien. "Lastly everyone I'm screwing Adrien." She drops the mic and kisses Adrien. Everyone claps and cheers while Nino, Alya, and Lyla storms out.
