espresso doesn't like venting to others or out loud, even if he's alone
so whenever he gets the chance to (alone) he writes fake letters either to himself or to other cookies
basically writing what he wish he could say out loud
and once he's done he stamps it like a real letter and stores it with the rest of his secret stash, along with his other loved possessions and things he keeps a secret from others.
i imagine that every now and then, he has to clear the letters out to make space for new ones
so he burns the old ones.
he only keeps the special letters("just in case")
and if you cant agree with me on this one, can i at least say i think espresso would at least try a burn book(and he absolutely would go through with burning it once he's done).
