One die and a sheet of metal are used in sheet hydroforming, where the raw sheet is forced into the die by high-pressure water on one side of the sheet. This high-pressure water moulds a sheet into the required shape in the die. Furthermore, metal tubes are extended in a desired shaper using two die halves in tube hydroforming. It is mostly utilised in the automobile sector for the production of light cars and sophisticated automotive parts. Furthermore, are less expensive, more robust, take less time to manufacture, are automated, and produce less waste than other procedures.
