THE CUNNINGHAM'Sappeared to be picture-perfect, but that illusion was destroyed a long time ago. Scrambled and put back together to appear humble and courteous, but deep behind each crack lurked insecurities, self-destruction, and self-hatred.
If you asked Samantha a time where maybe that picture was spotless, placed along a shelf with a crisp frame alining it, to go with all of the other family portraits that were nothing but a false interpretation, she would have to think.
Consider a time where she didn't feel like a puppet with no control over herself, walking on a tightrope attempting to avoid making the wrong move and falling into a black pit of failure.
But Samantha Cunningham was just that; a failure.
Just another of her family's tortured prize possessions, taken out of her trophy case to be flaunted when necessary, then hidden away when no longer useful.
And Samantha has yet too find the key.
Soon after, she finds herself entering a little town filled with skeletons under its bed, as well as secrets buried beneath its roots.
And she's right on top of it, trekking through the cursed soil, following the hushed whispers of the unimaginable and encountering a group of kids along the way.
Amidst them is a specific brown-eyed boy that she can't seem to keep away from.

I truly wanted to give you a glimpse into her family life. chrissy's trauma in season four was related to her mother; I could be wrong, but I believe she suffered from an eating disorder as a result of her family's comments. samantha is her sister, so I'm eager to portray their relationship.
