After the introduction of my new career I was sitting in the lounge room for the MC's on my phone looking through weverse just to see what my lovely's are up to since I haven't checked in a while. As I was responding to some post I felt a presence staring down at me. I looked up to see my partner looking at me with a nervous look on his face. I tilted my head in confusion as we both just looked at each other with an awkward silence filling the empty space around us.
"So... Um. This might seem like a odd question, but can I get your number?" He said smiling.
"Of course!" I said smiling so that it doesn't have to be as awkward as it is already. He gave out a relieved sigh and handed me his phone to dial in my number. I typed in my number and added the contact into his phone with the name ,"The coolest, smartest, prettiest partner everrr".
I gave back his phone and got up from my seat . "Hey lets walk to the parking lot together my ride is here, and I think that's where you're heading next too right?" I asked the cat boy whose standing in front of me. I never noticed that he had dimples until now. They look sorta cute.
"Sure! My ride is here too," he said looking up from his phone. We walked side by side until we reached to the elevator. We waited for the doors to open, but to our surprise when the doors did open there was a little boy in there. We both looked at each other in confusion and looked back at the little kid. I just shrugged and got into the elevator and Jungwon following from behind.
When we both go in and I reached for the parking lot button, but the little kid suddenly pushed me into Jungwon which caused me AND Jungwon to fall to the ground then the little boy ran out the elevator. 'Gosh I do not like these type of kids!' I thought.
"Um..." I heard Jungwon mumble. I got pulled back to reality when I saw that I was face to face. Nose to nose. To Yang fudging Jungwon. I felt heat rush to my face as I immediately got up and turned away from the boy.
I heard him chuckle lowly and felt his presence behind me as he pushed the parking lot button that was in front of me. I turned back around to see that he was very close to me. And turned back around. 'Oh my lord. This boy is getting wayy too close,'
As I still felt his presence behind me I turned around and gently pushed the boy back.
"Oh sorry was I too close?" He said smirking.
"Yes you were indeed really close Mr.Yang." I replied to the older boy. I heard him chuckle for the second time.
"Not so long ago you were awkwardly asking for my number, and now you are confidently getting all up close just trying to get a reaction out of me just for entertainment," I said while messaging my temples.
"It's okayyy, I just needed sometime to adjust. Like during our dance practice. Sooo if you know how close I can really get give it 3 days or 2." He said winking at me while exiting the elevator. I watched in disbelief of what just happened with my jaw to the ground.
I tried to catch up to him but he was already way too far. I just gave up and tried to find my lift. When I found it I entered the familiar car to see my members all mocking me as I entered the van.
"I'm Choi Yun, part of the 38th music bank MCs!!" Hanni said in a high pitch voice.
I looked at her and raised my hand pretending I am about to smack her as a threat.
"Calm downn it's a joke!" She said laughing her butt off.
"Soooo did you think you did well unnie?" Haerin asked me.
"Thank you Haerin for actually caring for my opinions and my feelings!" I said dramatically pulling her into a hug and swaying her left and right.
I let go of her and then said what I felt and during the performance and after it.
"I know you did really good. Like you were amazing, and you were shining so brightly like you we're literally the sun to the flowers." Danielle said.
"Thank you sooooooo much," I said smiling.
"Wait where's Minji and Hyein?" I asked members, but they just shrugged.
"Maybe just busy," Haerin said. I nodded my head agreeing.
