it was a normal day in Hawkins, steve and robin were working.
"hey robin, do you know the weird eddie kid?" steve said out of randomness
"yeah, why ?" robin stared at steve out of confusion. "I mean.. he's just, i don't know like.. he's just.. i don't know how to explain it.." steve stared at robin
they sat their in silence for a few seconds, just staring at each other
"what do you mean, you don't know?" robin said.
"i don't know" steve replied while sitting down, staring off into the distance
"does steve have a little crush?" robin said while starting to laugh
"I LIKE BOOBIES ROBIN!!" steve yelled while getting up to help the next customer
"okay okay, you like boobies i understand" robin kept laughing while getting up
steve walked over to the counter to help the next customer, the customer walked in.. steve stared at him.. it was eddie.. robin tapped steve's shoulder "steve, i gotta put stuff up , you take this one because you love him so much" robin said while starting to laugh again
eddie waved at robin, they've know each other for a it, i mean they go to the same school so yeah..
eddie walked up to the counter, putting down a movie he wanted to pre-order,
steve was still staring at eddie, not noticing.
"harrington.." eddie said, making him snap out of staring
"munson" steve said trying to act it off
"id like the pre-order this movie please." eddie said ignoring the fact he was trying to play it off
"like nobodys gonna be here so why dont you just buy it now.." steve replied
"i mean, i still have to watch others so, ill pick it up later with week.. do you need my phone number or anything? " eddie said
"why would i need your phone number" steve said staring at eddie still
"i mean, just incase updates i guess??" eddie replied while staring back
"we dont take phone numbers though.." steve said while snapping out of staring at him
"just take it.. just incase?" eddie said
"alright, tell me it i guess" steve went to grab a piece of paper
"its ******" eddie said
steve wrote it down, putting it in his pocket "have a good day i guess, munson"
"you too, darlingggg" eddie said while waving and slurring the ending.
darling? steve thought to himself, "do i like eddie? no no, i like women, not men..
i like women, i like women" steve kept telling that in his mind
"ohhh, he called you darling.. AND HE GAVE YOU HIS PHONE NUMBER?" robin said while walking up to steve
"WHERE THE FUCK DID YOU COME FROM?" steve jumped while screaming like a little girl
"from hell, dumbass" robin replied while starting to laughing "also you should really call him sometime, he's definitely trying to hook up with you" robin said in a joking tone
"im straight, ''dumbass''" steve said while copying robin in her sentence
"dont copy me.. also, we need to get going before it gets dark" she said while grabbing her stuff
"then lets go" steve said while grabbing his keys and locking the door
they got into the car, robin took our some paper and starting writing stuff about eddie

they got to robins house, robin handed steve the paper "read this when you get home.
robin said while running up to her door and waving goodbye
"wait wha-" steve said after robin got inside
steve drove off, while confused..
steve got inside, overthinking the things he kept telling himself
"do i like eddie?" he said in his mind
