You and Anakin were secretly married before you two decided it was time to not hide anymore. Anakin left the Jedi Order and you mere were a assistend in politics for old friends if they needed help instead of being a senator like you used to be.
That was six years ago and the main reason of your reveal was your pregnancy. Your now nearly six year old twins, Luke and Leia, were everything for the both of you. You now had your dream life on Naboo.

I was out with a close friend of mine, Padmé Amidala, who came to visit me on Naboo today. It was already evening and we decided to call it a night.

She went home to her parents house while I went to the little farm house of mine a bit out of the city.

While I walked I already had to smile knowing I would see my wonderful Husband and children in a few minutes, even though I thought that my twins were already sleeping.

Finally I arrived and unlocked the front door. The lights were out so I assumed they were really asleep.

As I walked past their door, to get to mine and Anakins, i saw a small light in the room causing me to stop. I just waited behind the door which was slightly opened. There I saw and overheard one of the sweetest things ever.

Anakin laid in bed with both Luke and Leia on each side of him crawled up in his arms.
He gently stroked their backs while they had their eyes closed yet not sleeping.

"You know what you both? I love you more than there are stars in the galaxy." He whispered but just so I could hear. "I love you too, daddy. And mummy also and Leia." Luke mumbled. "I love mummy and you too, daddy. And Luke and Lola." Leia said and Anakin chuckled.

That caused me to giggled slightly and Anakin looked up at me and again down at the kids. "Look whos here, trouble makers." He said and my kids now also looked at me. "Mummy!" They said loudly but still sleepy. "should mummy also come cuddle with us?" He asked them and they nodded.

I walked over to them laying down beside Leia. Luke crawled over Anakin to be between him and Leia. Now our children were between us while Anakin and I smiled at them.

After a while they were asleep and Anakin looked at me. "You three really are the best that could ever happened to me." He told me. "I love you so much, Ani." I told him and he softly placed a kiss on the top of my head trying to wake up the children. "I love you so much more, Y/N/N." He said and now you two fell asleep too.

I hope you liked this chapter full of fluff. It hurts me everytime to know Padmé and Anakin weren't able to raise Luke and Leia. I bet they would have been amazing parents :(
