The slayers encounter

Tanjiro pov

Today Zenitsu, Inosuke and I were called for a mission (and as usual I brought Nezuko with us) We were to spray a demon that was presumably a lowermoon but the location of the demon was unclear

but there was two possibilities on where the demon might have been the first posibility was the Fukō village(I just made this up) which means misfortune sure to the village's unfortunate past it was named the village of misfortune, in this village there was quite the amount of disappearances.

but the second possibility was that the demon was in the neighboring village the Shūkaku village(also made this up) also known as the village of harvest as this village is quite known for their livestock and farming there was no disapproves but there was sightings of a demon for the past weeks

We(once again I think you know who we is (•__• )) thought that the demon might be inhabiting the Shūkaku village but hunts in the Fukō village but it was already becoming night so we decided to go to the Fukō village first

along the way Zenitsu balled over the thought of encountering a lowermoon and Inosuke.. well he's being Inosuke and by that I mean he was being quite rude at times due to his arrogance he kept telling at me to to fight him and insulting Zenitsu for being such a crybaby(and ofcourse getting our name wrong in the process) and Zenitsu thinking Inosuke's an idiot due to his lack of knowledge and the argument kept getting worse so I refrained their argument from getting violent

Once we reached the Fukō village we started searching around I suggested that we split up and meet at the Yatai(shop stand) nearby but Zenitsu begged us to stay together but eventually we split up so we can cover more ground.

Later on while I was walking around I heard a scream in a nearby alley and rushed to the location of the scream and found a demon choking a child but they didn't have a number engraved in their eyes so this definitely must not have been a lowermoon

so slaying the demon was less dificult as well as saving the child who after slaying the demon I escorted back to their home luckily she remembered where she lived

'this mission was much easier than I expected' I thought as I was walking around trying to find Zenitsu and Inosuke to tell them that the mission was over I eventually found them at the Yatai told them what I planned to tell them and ordered some Udon and ate before we leave

Once we were done eating my curiosity wanted to see if the sightings of a demon in the Shūkaku village was a different demon to the one we fought so I suggested that we investigate the sightings (you probably already know what their reaction was so I'll just be skiping that part)

we walked in the forest to get to the Shūkaku village and for a while before noticing that it was almost midnight
"T-tanjiro we have to go back to the butterfly estate it's getting too dark" Zenitsu said with a quivering voice

"Come on let's just walk for a little more and if we don't reach the village then let's ask someone for shelter in sure there'll be something soon" I said with a reassuring smile but Zenitsu want convinced

*Ehem* A few hours of walking later

As I predicted we found a cabin(it was quite a stranger cabin it had no windows and looked pretty small) and I knocked on the door then i heard shuffling from the inside seems like i probably startled someone (i mean it's the middle of the night i must have disturbed their sleep (˘･_･˘) ) then i heard a few voices whispering it was quite faint but i think i could still hear it

"holy sh!t someone's at the door"

"then go answer it!"

"it isn't my turn to answer the door"

"since when did we have turns!?"

"since now"

"easy fix just don't open it"

"but what is it's someone we know?"

"just take a look"

"we can't see outside you dumb f#ck!"

"this is what we get for not building windows"

"where are we supposed to get glass?"

"can you ask just shut the f#ck up in trying to sleep"

"oh you shut the f#ck up you lazy ass!"

"Just answer the dæmn door!"

"Fine!"

well the people living here definetly use quite strong language it made Zenitsu a bit scared but atleast they reached an agreement!

someone finally opened the and before I could even make out what their face looked like I suddenly got a spike of pain on the head and started blacking out, but before completely black out I heard Zenitsu's and Inosuke's faint screams before they went silent... well this took turn.

Yes I rewrite the beginning but atleast it has more context to it, anyways it's still pretty short 851 words but that's good enough
