Manan - The Doll

part 13

Manik was in a meeting at late night and trust me he is damn frustrated after all ,  it's been 3 days since he saw  his sunshine who just vanished in thin air after that night and it's making him hell angry and worried.

His anger affects most his employees  who  don't have any idea what's their fault and bearing him. He is hell worried about her safety. All negative thoughts are running in his mind.  In his busy schedule there is not a single second when her thoughts didn't invaded his mind and he himself is wondering why he feels a strong connection with her. It's all making him damn frustrated. 

Like the past 2 days he completed his works till late night and wrapped up. Soon he is seen driving his car to his home.

For increasing his anger the car suddenly stopped. He came out from the car  and kicked the tire in anger.

" wow very good. Arghh why... now how will I go home the tore is punctured and the road is empty very good.   First sunshine now this car. Let me call cabir " 

Saying he picked up the phone to call him but the phone was unavailable.

He was going to throw the phone but then stopped. He looked here and there to see someone but didn't. 

He walked for sometime and soon reached a place there was some late night shop open and some people here and there. He again tried mukti this  time. Before he could talk to her someone called him from back.

" manik..." 

He stiffed for a moment and turned to see his sunshine nandhini. She smiled cutely seeing him while manik was relived that she was fine and all fit. He was going to smile at her but he  suddenly remembered what she done and he turned angrily and started to walk.

" manik  stop it hello.... I'm nandhini... don't you remember me ?  Manik..."  she was calling out but he  didn't stopped and walked away while nandhini was running behind him.

At a point he didn't heard her voice. He was angry but  seeing her running behind her makes him smile.  After all its always him who look chances for being with her and run behind her till now but today for a change its her and it made him happy and the anger was vanishing slowly. 

But now not hearing her voice made him tensed and he turned uprubtly  only to see her smiling  at him blinking her eyes.

" what ?  "  She asked

Sighing he again turned to walk but she stood in front of him  blocking him.

" manik I know I shouldn't have just left like that and I know you must be worried and angry too. It's right too. I will be angry too if anyone did like that to me. But that time I didn't had any choice and don't ask me why because it's personal and when I trust you that enough I will tell you everything. But now can you please forgive me. I promise I will try my best to not to do anything like that again. Please please please "  she apologised cutely holding her both ears while manik smiled lightly.

" so you may can again do something like this right ?"  He asked raising his brows while she grinned at him. Seeing her antics  he shook his head. 

"   did you forgive me ?" She asked again

" I can but there is one condition "  He said to which she raised her eyebrows asking what .

" nothing much. Just be friends "  He said

" ok fine. From today I nandhini moorthy accept manik malhotra as my friend. Is that OK.?  " she asked

" hmmm for now.  By the way why are you always roaming late night ms. Moorthy ?"  Manik asked again

" nothing. I just love night. And I was going to the beach.  Do you mind joining me my new friend?"  She asked dramatically 

" is that even a question?   Let's go "  and soon they were in beach lying down side by side on sand and was  gazing the stars.

Manik was admiring her while nandhini was admiring the stars. Suddenly one tight cross his mind

" can I ask you why this sudden change ?"  Hearing him she turned her head towards him.

" I meant it's always me behind you while you are in angry mood but today you came and talked to me by yourself "  He said  while she was thinking something deeply staring him.....
