Karan:laddoo pls shant hoja mein surgery keliye ready karneko bola hai aur kal shaam ko tera surgery hai

Karan hug her and assured her that she will be fine after surgery

While hugging
Teja:sunny surgery ke baad agar mein tujhe bhool gayi toh tu mujhe chod dega kya

Karan:nhi laddoo tu meri jaan hai baby mein nhi reh sakta tere bina mein try karunga phirse tere love life banne keliye but ye sab baatein kyu kar rahi hai u will be fine chill karr

Teja slept in his arms

Next day it's time for Teja's surgery karan is very tensed teja also

Before going to operation theatre

Teja:sunny mujhe darr lag raha hai
Surgery naam se nafrat thi mujhe ab dekho mujhe hi karwana padh raha hai

Karan:laddooo.... Kuch nhi hoga tu toh meri sherni hai na strong hai tu pls tension Matt le and be brave my girl...

Then surgery started
It was a long process
Karan praying outside the ot

Thodi der baad ot ka lights off hotha hai doctor came out

Doc: congratulations karan surgery successful rahi

Karan can't express how he was feeling
He wanted scream in happiness but it was hospital so he can't

Karan:thank you doctor thank you very much

Doc:but karan aapko unka acche se dhyan rakhna padega time se khana khilana hai aur dawai Deni hai

Karan:ji doctor thank you

After some time teja was shifted to ward karan went to talk to her

Karan:laddoo surgery successful hogaya i am very happy ab tu bass mere sath mere ghar chalegi and vaha pe mein tera khayal rakhunga

Teja: aap kon meine aapko pehchana nhi

Karan shattered listening this

After sometime teja laughed

Teja:tujhe kya laga mein sab bhool javungi aur tera peecha chod dungi
No never ever
Tu mera hai phad ke rakh dungi sabko mein

Karan had tears in his eyes because he can't even imagine a day or an hour without his laddoo

Then after a week they came back to Mumbai
Teja's parents went to stay pra for sometimes so teja ke sath koi bhi nahi tha uski khayal rakhne keliye except karan
So they both went to Karan's house

They reached his house first he went in and bought aarti ji thaali

Then he welcomed his laddoo by doing aarti and removing nazar

Both were tired because of the journey so both went and slept

Next morning karan woke up at 9 and searched for teja who was not in the room
He went towards kitchen and saw teja

Karan hugged teja from back and both were feeling eachother's presence

It's breakfast time and both were so tired isliye unhone bahar se nashta mangwaya
Teja was very weak and not even able to have food from her own
But sunny feed her the breakfast

Teja had tears in her eyes

Karan:kya hua kyu ro Rahi hai laddoo

Teja:sunny i am sorry mein tereko cho ke chali gayi
Sorry mein aage se kabhi Aisa nhi karungi sunny i love you

Karan:i love you too mera laddoo
Aur tu ye sab Matt soch tu happy reh pls mereliye pls ye sab Matt soch sirf happy moments ke baremein soch and khush reh

Both took a break from their work

After few months

Everything was good their relationship was very good and they both were engaged now
Both the families were also happy
Teja and karan were feeling blessed to get great in laws like them
Teja was involved in pra's business also
And they were at the edge to decide their wedding date but teja got work in Bangalore for which she have to shift to Bangalore for 6 to 7 months which was not possible for karan and teja
In relationship Karan and teja is at a point where dono ek dusre se alag reh hi nhi sakte dono ki presence ke bina jeena is impossible for them and ek dusre ko hug kiye bina ek dusre ko feel kiye bina reh hi nhi sakte and wo bhi 6 to 7 months no it's not possible
