You are hurt deep inside
And the tears do not hide
Though you've given time
Still peace you can't find
The nights are cold and sleepless
The soul is dull and speechless
But there's hope to be found
You need not remain down
For there is One who came down
And shone His Light all around
To bring hope to the world
Through His wonderful Word
So bring your hurts to the Throne
Of the chief Cornerstone
And you'll never be alone
For you'll be one of His own
When you believe in the stone
Which the builders rejected
And trust in Him alone
You won't be dejected
For His mercies are new
Every single day
So let your life be renewed
In the Lord's wonderful Way
