After the defeat of gato and his execution the bridge was completely built in 2 weeks due to being damaged during all the fighting and wave was recovering and people were happy but

Naruto told everyone that he couldn't be there always to protect them not until he was 21 which was along time since he was only 12

So he told everyone to fight for there place and never let anyone like gato take over them again .

Bridge builder Tazuna was made the Mayor of the country until Naruto came back to rule over the country and have to look out for everyone

Zabuza and haku had gained enough money to aid Rebel force's in kiri civil war and left after thr bridge was built but the night before they left Naruto and haku had there first makeout it all started with a kiss

Flashback night before Zabuza and haku left _________________

Naruto was in the same place he met haku for the first time and Naruto was really happy he met someone like him in past he was just like her an Innocent soul trying to survive in the world he and Haku have talked on many occasions but when Naruto caught her looking at the necklace that was the last thing her mother gave her
and haku treasured it for all her life and when Zabuza 's training were too hard she looked at her mother's necklace and tried to talk her it reminded her that some one actually loved her .

Naruto asked her about the necklace and she told everything to him how she was left for dead after her escape from the mob that had killed her mom in a snowy place in Water country
and to comfort her
Naruto had too told her about his life growing up in konaha and mob beatings he got from people of konaha for something which was not his fault in and instant she was hugging him and sobbing lightly

And now here he was standing there and practicing his kenjutsu and while fighting his clones .

After some time when he defeated all his clones Naruto noticed that someone was stalking him all this time Naruto looked at a random bush and called out "oi for hom long are you gonna hide there " and Haku let out an eeppp and came out blushing for the fact that she was caught stalking him ,
Naruto looked at Haku and he was amazed by her figure she was wearing a light blue kimono this time her breasts were bigger due to not being tied down by bandages and her hair was flowing in air and her lips red as rose all in all she looked like an angel to him .

Naruto didn't know what had took over him , it was like his body was in someone else's control and so he got near her and placed his right hand on her cheeks and closed the gap between there lips and kissed her passionately and haku too stunned to react but after few seconds and she realised he was kissing her she kissed him back and in same passion Naruto didn't know when he had dropped his sword and took up haku holding her up from her waist and then had taken her to a shead like sre he had created to scout for a time so no one was in ther he had placed on haku on a bench still kissing her all way and when they parted away they both had the strings of saliva connecting them to each other and they started feeling up each other with there clothes still on but not for long Haku had opened Naruto's battle kimono off and upper part and have to taken her kimono off and the only thing she had on were her panties and bra and Naruto had his pants on after some more feeling each other and haku grinding her ass in Naruto's crouch they had stopped making out and haku had a blush that could have made hinata green with envy .

So After that day both Zabuza and haku had left to aid kiri rebel forces and as for Raiega he didn't know what to do know he didn't really wanted to help either side in war sure he wanted to help his friend but he was injured by kushina and Mikoto too much and wold not recover for a long time and Tsunami's blush while bandaging him had made it clear she had feelings for him and he himself too had liked the women so Naruto gave him an offer to stay in Wave and train some people in his arts in kenjutsu and in way of a shinobi and he agreed to it and started training new generation in the arts of a shinobi and in kenjutsu and as for living he lived with bridge builder and his family which had made Tsunami blush a bright red and Inari happy that he could train with his new sensei.
