"Ay y/n wake-up ur first day at your new school is today, you have 20 minutes to get ready," my mom says through the door. "Ughhh" I groan, I get out of bed and put on some clothes I walk out of my room and into the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face "Ok mom I'm ready" I call to her "Okay c'mon let's go!" She says excitedly "mommm can't I be homeschooled?" I ask her "ha no." We pull up to the school and she tells me "I have to close today so your gonna be home alone till ten okay?" "Yeah okay," I say  "okay have a good first day! Tell me if there are any cute boys!" She whispers the last part "mommm"
"Okay okay I'm sorry" I get out of the car and try to see if anyone who could be a potential friend I already have my schedule so I walk to my first hour "okay what if there are cute boys here" I whisper to myself I find my classroom and sit down

Lunch rolls around and I remember I have no friends. So obviously I sit by myself and zone out  "just go talk to her" I hear someone say "fine" and I hear someone else say "hey uh we were wondering if you wanna join this club we're in" one of them says "club?" "Uh yeah it's a dnd club," the other one says "boy bye," I say " uh okay," they say and they slowly walk away "bru wait" they stop and turn back to me "I need friends soooo yea I'll join your club thing," I say quickly but not quick enough to seem desperate.
"Oh okay uh I'm mike and this is Dustin." Mike says "alright I'm Y/n." They lead me to the table there sitting at, once we sit down someone speaks "Hey ur the new kid right?" The guy with long hair says "yep." I reply kinda monotone-like. "Okay well let me introduce the table, you probably already know mike and Dustin but that's gareth," he says pointing to a boy plaid vest "n' Jeff" he points to the guy in a leather jacket " that's Kevin"( idfk he looks like a Kevin) and he points to the last guy in another leather jacket. "And I'm Eddie." He finally says. "Well I'm y/n, and I guess I'm apart of this club now?" I ask "yep! First girl in the club!" Eddie says kinda excitedly "oh yay!...." I say under my breath
