We see a boat driving on its way to New York and the main characters riding on a little boat behind the bigger boat. Then we see the circus characters before their show.
Vitaly: Come, everyone. We have a show to do.
Stefano: But how do I go on without Marty?
Vitaly: Stefano.
Stefano: I don't know what to do,
Vitaly: You can still do cannon solo.
Stefano: (crying) But... I want to do solo with Marty!
Gia: And what do I do? Go back to sitting and standing and rolling over?
Vitaly: No. We can do impossible! And we never go back to way we used to be.
Stefano: The way it used to be isn't the way it was. And it won't be the same without them, whatever way it is.
Vitaly: (looking sad thinking about someone who he still loves)
Back with the main characters and King Julian and we see they are at the gate of the Central Park zoo. They look sad.
Gloria: Well... we're here.
Marty: Home.
Alex: Huh. My rock looks smaller then I remember it.
Lexis: Yeah just as small as I remember it.
Marty: Look at the mural. Doesn't it actually capture the real thing, doesn't it?
Gloria: Wow. I forgot about that wall in between us, Melman.
Melman: Mh-hmm.
Gloria: Was that always there?
Marty: Guys, I'm sorry I ever left the zoo in the first place.
Alex: What do you mean?
Marty: I mean, if I had just stayed put, we wouldn't have anything to be sad about right now.
Lexis: No! Marty this isn't your fault. It's mine.
Mary: Lexis what are you-?
Lexis: If I haven't invited Marty to come with me to that train station none of this would have happened!
Alex: Sister I-
Lexis: Don't! Just don't Alex I'm so sorry (starts to cry)
Everyone gets close to her and gives her a hug.
Alex: Leaving the zoo was the best thing that ever happened to us.
Lexis and Marty: Really?
Alex: Yeah. Out there, in the world, we were really living.
King Julian: Yeah!
Alex: It was exciting!
Gloria: It was romantic.
Melman: It was dangerous.
Marty: I never felt so alive!
Lexis: And we we're getting closer to each other like family.
Alex: When we were with the circus, we were already home. I just wish we'd realized that sooner.
Melman: I'm really going to miss those guys.
Alex: What do you say we go back?
