Dumb Move

Chap 1

'I'm probably going to regret this, but I can't help it! This kid is so annoying!' Robin thought as he made his way to the gold course.

Bowser Jr had been heckling him all day about his gold game. And try and shut him up, Robin challenged him to a bet: Winner gets first strike advantage at the next Smash competition.

The 2 went along with their bet. After 6 holes, Robin was in the lead.

'Huh. For someone who brags a lot, this kid sure isn't that good.' He thought as Bowser Jr struggled.

But then after hole 9, Jr struggled to improve! And after a few more holes, Both were neck and neck for the lead!

Then, it all came down to the last hole. Robin scoured a birdie, and was very confident that he had won.

Then Bowser Jr surprised him by sinking an eagle!

'What?! This can't be! That kid has had terrible approach shots the whole round!' Robin thought in despair.

Alas, that eagle meant that Jr had won the bet. And to rub it in even further, Robin ended up getting beat in the smash competition as well.

'That kid would be more likable, if he wasn't so annoying!' Robin grumbled.
