I slowly opened my eyes, waking up from that beautiful dream.
White ceiling and bright lights welcome my vision.
Tangina, bakit binuhay pa ako?
I felt a warm thing holding my hand
I looked at it and I saw him sleeping habang hawak ang kamay ko
The guy I really wished to be the first person I want to see
Hindi niya ako binigo this time.
I mentally smiled when I saw him

I moved my fingers, and I saw him move
Unti unti siyang lumingon sa akin and I saw happiness and shock in his eyes
Finally, may nakita rin akong saya sa mata niya habang nakatingin sa akin
"Baby, you're awake. Wait, I'll call your doctor" sabi nya na halatang natataranta
Pakiramdam ko bumalik iyong dating Warren, na pagdating sa akin laging natataranta.

"Go home" I weakly said

Bumalik din naman siya agad na may kasamang doctor.
He examined me and even checked my vitals

Yung tingin nya halo halong pag-aalala, happiness, love, and admiration.
The kind of look I was wishing to experience when I came back.
Finally, nawiwitness ko na ulit iyong way ng pagtingin niya sa akin na parang ako ang pinakaimportanteng tao sa buhay niya.
After the doctor examined me, umalis narin siya.
Samantalang ako, tahimik lang na nakatingin sa mukha ni Warren

Napangiti lang ako
Ang sarap pakinggan, pero napakahirap maramdaman

I did, I was the one taking care of the twins noon kapag pumapasok ka sa school and even nung nagLaw School ka, and noong nagwork ka, I was the one to take care of them, nauna lang ako umuwi sa inyo nung bumalik kayo. I never intended for you to feel like the twins loves me more than you, dahil kapag kasama ko sila, puro sila kwento tungkol sayo, how they idolize you, Zia even wants to be like you when she grow up, they can't even sleep without you. Mahal ka namin ng mga anak natin, Arya. Huwag mong isiping walang nagmamahal sa iyo, because you have us, you have me, Zia, and Rafa, we love you so much"
