but I've never seen you.
Your gaze flood me with memories
that I don't even remember.
Your hands are in my hair,
Stroking with care.
Whispering a farewell
goodbye in my ears.
Your lips curve into a smile,
Making my heart go wild.
Tell me, do I know you?
My heart is beating fast,
Longing for my past.
But I can't seem to remember.
Now you are walking towards me,
Smiling with glee
and I want to flea.
Do I know you?
Stretching your hands,
You reach for my hands
and ask, " Do I know you?".
