Description: every time someone experiences a negative emotion within 100 meters of him(328 feet for my fellow Americans), he gets stronger, faster, and more durable. If the person continues experiencing the negative emotion for 5 minutes, it applies again. And if the negative emotion switches to a different negative emotion, it applies again. The effect is tripled if he himself is the one experiencing the emotion. He also has the ability to sense both what emotion everyone is feeling, and who is feeling which emotion, but this is activation based, and is not active 100% of the time unlike the rest of his quirk.
