Chapter 30

(Y/n)'s POV

Me, Jaeden, Hanyu, Tiffany and Xinlong are still in the mall. We are done buying the materials for our project. The 3 are following us behind while me and Jaeden started to talk and get to know each other.

"So Jaeden, what's your ideal type?"-me

"Well, I like a girl who's responsible, independent, smart and kind."-Jaeden

"Well did someone fit to that ideal type of yours?"-me

I am hoping no one fits that ideal type of Jaeden. Because I'll do anything just to be the one who will fit to his ideal type and love me.

"Well actually, yeah!"-Jaeden

"Ouch!"

I thought to myself. Someone already had fit to his ideal type? Argh!

"Who is that lucky girl? If you don't mind me asking."-me

"It's Grace Kaufman, I like her since when we were in 5th grade. We became friends until I fall in love with her. I still miss her. Even when I became a celebrity I'm not forgetting to spend time with her. Even I'm currently studying here in China, I'm not forgetting to call her."-Jaeden

"Aww hope all! Does she know that you like her?"-me

"No! And I never want her to know how much I love her. I'm afraid that she'll reject me and that will ruin our friendship. And I don't want that to happen. I know one day my feelings for her will be gone and I'll find someone who will love me and will fit to my ideal type. For now, I'm trying to forget my feelings for Grace."-Jaeden

"Oh he's trying to forget his feelings for that Grace girl. Well I can do that. I'll make Jaeden forget his feelings for Grace."

"I'm sure one day you'll forget about Grace and you will be able to find someone who would fit to your ideal type and will love you."-me

"Yeah hehehe! Anyways you are fun to hang out. I hope we could be more than friends."-Jaeden

"Oh my gosh! Did he just said 'I hope we could be more than friends'?! Omg this is it!"

"Yes yes yes! We could be more than friends. I'd be happy to be your-"-me

"I hope we could be more than friends... like bestfriends."-Jaeden

"Ouch! I thought he wanted me to be his girlfriend. That ruined my hope."

"Of course we could be bestfriends."-me

"Thank you (Y/n)!"-Jaeden

"You're welcome!"-me

"So... bestfriends?"-Jaeden

He offered his hand to me. I smile and shook his hand. Oh gosh this hand is so soft. I wanted to put my face on his hand and feel the softness.

"Bestfriends!"-me

After that conversation, we just walk happily and Jaeden is just telling me a joke which is making me laugh and hit his shoulder slightly.

Hanyu's POV

I'm quiet jealous to (Y/n) and Jaeden. They are so sweet. If me and Jaeden could just switch positions. I wanted to be in Jaeden's position. I can see how genuinely happy (Y/n) is when Jaeden is around. While watching them, I heard Tiffany saying something to me.

"Hey Hanyu! You're going to melt (Y/n) and Jaeden down because of your stare."-Tiffany

I look at Tiffany.

"Oh uh I'm sorry!"-me

I look at Jaeden and (Y/n). I can't stop looking at them.

"Are you jealous of them? Do you like (Y/n)?"-Tiffany

"No! What makes you think that I like (Y/n)?"-me

"You think I didn't notice the way you look at her? I can see it in your eyes that you like (Y/n). Just admit it."-Tiffany

"No I don't like her. She's just my friend."-me

"Ok if you say so! Look at Jaeden and (Y/n). They look so cute together. What if we help them to be together?"-Tiffany

"No! Shut up or I will have to tell Xinlong that you like him."-me

"See? I knew it! You like (Y/n). And about you telling Xinlong that I like him. He already knows it. In fact we already confess to each other last night through call."-Tiffany

"Ok!"-me

"Admit it Hanyu. You like (Y/n). It's not that hard to admit that you like someone."-Tiffany

"Ok fine! I admit I like (Y/n). But don't tell this to her. I'm not ready to confess to her and get rejected."-me

"I knew it! Don't worry I won't say anything to (Y/n). Speaking of liking (Y/n), I notice the way her ex look at her and Jaeden."-Tiffany

I look at Tiffany when I heard what she said about Mingrui.

"What did you notice to Mingrui?"-me

"I notice that when Jaeden and (Y/n) are picking materials for the project and her ex is just behind them, he's looking hurt while looking at Jaeden and (Y/n) being so happy and laughing to each other. It looks like he's jealous to them. Maybe because his partner on the project is ignoring him and not paying him attention at all. Well his ex looks like a third wheeler earlier."-Tiffany

"So Mingrui realize again that he still love (Y/n) huh? Tsk!"-me

"Well what's wrong if he realize that he still loves (Y/n)? Maybe they could get back together and be happy."-Tiffany

"No I won't let that happen. Mingrui hurted and cheated to her 2 times. I don't want to see (Y/n) crying again and hurting because of him. I care and love (Y/n) a lot. I'm not going to let Mingrui hurt her again and make her cry."-me

Tiffany just nodded her head then get back to Xinlong. I look back at (Y/n) and Jaeden whose still talking to each other happily. I'm not going to let Mingrui hurt and make (Y/n) cry again. I know I am the one who encourage Mingrui in the past to break her heart to make Shen jealous. But I already regreted what I did and I'm ready to prove myself to (Y/n) that I am the right man for her. I just have to build enough courage to confess to her before Jaeden or Mingrui could.

Ok a pretty boring chapter. Just (Y/n) and my Jaeden talking and Hanyu being jealous, admitting that he likes (Y/n) and Tiffany talking about Mingrui. Hope you guys like it!
