HACKETT'S QUARRY is a safe haven for children and young adults to have fun and catch a break from reality. Kids have been coming to the summer camp since the early fifties to get away from their parents.

The sound of a car screeching to a stop in front of the summer camp could be heard. The vehicle door slowly opens to reveal Dr. Martens getting out. The owner of those boots, slamming the door shut behind them as they look at the old pile of wood that makes up a building.

"Uncle Chris?!"

Y/n Hackett's [h/c] hair moved as the wind blew in different directions. The young adult who appeared to be roughly around nineteen to twenty years old slowly made her way up the wooden stairs approaching the office. "Uncle Chris?..." Her hand balling into a fist and banging on the door.

A sigh left the girl's lips as the thought of something bad happening to her uncle. He had always been such a kind man to everyone he met. The sound of another car approaching made her head turn. A couple got out of the car and made their way over to the store, young Hackett with friendly yet nervous smiles.

"Hi, we...uh...we are looking for Chris Hackett. Is he here?" The blonde-haired girl in front of her questioned way too enthusiastically.

"I'm Laura and this is Max. We are counselors,"

A small chuckle left Y/n's lips after their words hit her eardrums. "He is supposed to be here, but I can't find him." Reaching her arm out, she introduced herself to the two strangers. "I'm Y/n Hackett. Chris's niece," a smile appeared on her lips as she continued to speak. "You two are early-"

A growl cut off the Hackett, causing the three young adults to look at each other with questioning looks. Slowly approaching, they stopped at a shelter with yellow doors.

"I think someone is in there," The blonde-haired girl whose name was Laura looked inside the shelter through the crack. Grabbing a hammer, the couple begins to commit breaking and entering.

"I'll just stay out here..."

Y/n watched as they slowly went deeper and deeper into the shelter, eventually not being seen. Growing up, the shelter had always freaked her out,, although thankfully she had never been in it.

Max talking pulled the Hackett out of her trance, followed by a growl and flesh tearing. Y/n carefully went down the stairs to see Max bloody. She helped Laura pull him up the stairs until she felt something prick her neck.

The face of her father appeared as she turned over in a haze. Slowly losing consciousness, she could hear her father yelling someone.

"D-Dad?..."

Everything faded away as Y/n lost consciousness completely. Her father loaded up the three bodies into his police car and brought them to the station.
