Steve and Nancy~Saving Me~Stranger Things

I woke up next to Steve, Smiling as I remembered the events of the night before. "Nancy! Breakfast." My mother yelled up the stairs. "Shit." i said to myself. I quickly wrote a note for steve:

Steve, 

Dont worry, i'm just downstairs, my mom called me down for breakfast, I'll bring you some if you are awake.

I then bolted down the stairs and said good morning to my mother. "How did you sleep?" She asked. "Good" I replied grabbing a plate, and filling it with extra food for Steve. "Thats a lot  of food. She Commented. "um- Yeah... Robin came over this morning, she's in my room.." I said. "Oh, well she can come downstairs..." Mom said. "Uh- No.. she's... on the phone." I said. "I'd better get back to my room.. give her some breakfast." I said 

"Okay. i guess, have fun" She said as i walked up the stairs. I walked into my room seeing Steve awake. "I brought you breakfast." I started, "Also,  My mother thinks that your Robin.." I added. "Wow.. You think i'm like robin?" He asked, acting mock hurt. "No!" I said, "She's just the first person that came to mind!!" we both Laughed, and I gave steve the plate. We ate breakfast, and decided we should meet up with everyone else...

Steve- At skull Rock

We all decided to meet up at Skull Rock to discuss sleeping arrangements for the nights to come before we have killed Vecna. Nancy and I were the first people there, so we had to wait for Dustin, Robin, and all the others to get here. "So... What was the Trance about? If you don't mind me asking?" I asked, ".. barb.." She said, tears forming in her eyes... I remembered that night... We all left Barb outside alone to.... do stuff.. and she got taken and killed by the demogorgan.

"Hey, hey, hey...Nance, Listen to me. It was not our fault, or your fault that Barb was killed." I said, rubbing her back to comfort her. "I know but-" She started. I interupted, "Nancy. We had no idea that monsters existed, let alone that demogorgans exist. We were just being normal teenagers.." I said. "There's nothing we could have done to prevent that from happening.." "Bu there is!" She stated, " I could've gone home with her... i could have not left her alone.." she added.

"Nancy, It was not our fault." I said, pulling her into a hug as she sobbed into my shoulder. We stayed like that for a few minutes, when we heard footsteps coming our way. Nancy quickly wiped her tears and looked towards the sound. Soon we saw everyone we were waiting for, Dustin leading the group, Robin at his side. They walked over to us and we quickly exchanged hello's, Then Robin asked, "So, How did you two sleep last night?" I saw nancy blushing a little out of the corner of my eye, and i stiffened a little. "Good" we said at the same time. 

Dustin Winked at me, Like he knew what happened, and Robin raised an eyebrow at Nancy. Then out of nowhere, Max suddenly stopped moving and her eyes rolled into the back of her head. "Vecna." Nancy said, as she ran to max. "Sh!t." Dustin said. "SHE FORGOT HER WALKMAN!" Lucas yelled. "Sh!t, Sh!t, Sh!t!!" Dustin said

"Lucas." Nancy started, turning to him. "Kiss her." She said. "What, no! We broke up!" He said. "Trust me.. Lucas. It wasn't the music that saved me. It was the memories" She said, Slightly smiling at me. "fine.." Lucas replied. "I hope this works.." Dustin said, while everyone else was freaking out. Then, He kissed her.

Max

"oh no.." I said as I looked up and saw the red sky. Vecna was after me again.. "Maxine.." I heard him say. "no" I whispered, not wanting to go through this again. I saw the red area that i ran towards last time, but this time i ran as far away from it as I possibly could. I needed to stay away from Vecna so that i didn't end up like Chrissy or Fred. A piece of art in Vecna's horrifying Gallery. I saw memory's from the past flashing through my mind, Of my friendship with Mike and Dustin.. and El, but mostly, I saw memory's of Lucas and I, All the moments we shared the kiss at the snowball....

Then i saw an tear in the sky, a gate. I ran towards it, I saw everyone around me freaking out, Nancy looking kind of calm but also worried, and steve looking really worried. Then i saw lucas, and myself. He was kissing me.... I mean i guess it worked. "Maxineee....." Vecna said, "You can't escape your fate." He stated and then a giant clock appeared in front of me. I ran around the clock and kept dodging all the boulders he threw my way until finally i jumped through the gate, just as it closed.

Nancy

I wasn't 100% sure that lucas kissing max was going to work... but all the memories of that night at Steves house- before... were what helped me... Now that i think about it... jonathan popped up in my head less and less since Steve saved me... Just then Max fell back down and into lucas's arms. "Steve." I said, "Yeah Nance?" he asked. "If i get Vecna'd again... and 'I melt with You' doesn't work... Kiss me." i said. He nodded, and then we walked back to the group.
