Abhimanyu was the who saw Akshara and Abhinav together.

Abhimanyu:Akshu ...sorry Dr.Akshara speaking to someone else that too a man.
Akshu you belong to me.I can't see anyone beside you.

I'll never leave you.
I'll make you mine at any cost.

Another person was fuming seeing them together.

Yeh Akshu bhi naa.....
Mujhe harane ke liye woh bhi doctor ban gayi...
Ab iss handsome man ke saath bhi baat kar rahi thi....
I can't let her live happily..

Soon the days passed..

Akshara was doing wonders in professional life.She started to move on from her life by concentrating on her career.

With her wonderful smile and presence she was getting appreciation from everyone.

The Goenkas too supported her in decision of focusing on career and gave her time to think about marriage.

While Aarohi was getting taunts from her in-laws for many reasons.

Manjari Birla was continuously asking her to convince Abhimanyu to consummate their marriage while Abhimanyu didn't even let her touch his finger.

Aarohi(in mind):yeh sab Akshu wajah se hain.
Abhimanyu abhi bhi Akshu se hi pyaar karta hain.
He still dreams about her.
Abhimanyu is not even allowing me to sleep on his bed .
Yeh manjari tho mere peeche padi hain.
Kuch tho karna padega..

The most happiest person was Abhinav.

He never thought that he would fall in love but Akshara changed his mind.

Yes he fell for her.

He couldn't even stop his mind from thinking about her.

Yes he loves Akshara.

It's been three months since Akshara joined into the hospital but he could sense something is wrong with her.

Her eyes speak which he can understand.

She is bearing a lot of pain in her heart.

He thought no matter what I've to stay with her and heal her.

Suddenly
She heard nurse calling him

Nurse:Dr.Tripathi. Emergency main ek patient admit huwa tha.

Usse dekh kar Dr.Akshara freeze hogayi thi.

Shayad panic attack aaya hoga

Can you please..

Abhinav:yes sister I'm coming.

He went and checked on the patient.

She was a lady of 40 year old with two daughters.

She fell from the stairs and she was injured.

Abhinav has done the treatment.

Meanwhile Akshara was in the corridor and suddenly she heard the lady's daughters fighting

Infact one was accusing her of pushing her mom while the other one is crying silently.

Soon the nurse took them out.

That conversation increased the intensity of Akshara's panic attack.

While Abhinav is coming out of the ward,she fainted and he went and held her.

Soon Akshara regained consciousness.

Abhinav was sitting beside her all the while .

He has many questions.

He wanted her to speak.

Share her pain with him.

Abhinav: Akshu how are you?

Akshara: I'm fine Abhinav
Thank you

Abhinav: It's Abhi for you.

Akshara: I need to go.

Abhinav:No stay with me please...

Akshara:what!?

Abhinav:I mean I need to know something.

See Akshara I know you hide your pain from others.

But see looking at your condition you need someone with whom you can share your pain.

Why don't you share it with me?

Akshara:Abhi..woh

But it's fine let it be . You will judge me in a wrong way.

Abhinav: Akshara I won't judge
I promise you.

Sharing your pain with me atleast reduces your burden

Akshara:Main jab 4mahine ki thi meri mumma accident main mar gayi thi.

Baad main mumma jaise sirat mumma ke saath shaadi kiya taaki sirat mumma meri aur kairav bhayya ka achi tarah dekh baal kar sakthi hain.

Baad mein Aarohi meri sister paida huyi thi.
Bachpan se woh mujhse humara hate karti thi
Baad mujhe pata chaala ki sirat mumma meri asli maa nahi hain.

My heart broke Abhi

Later Aarohi developed jealousy and hatred on me.

By that time Akshara was crying very badly...
