Secret Crush. A BakuKami story

Chapter 1, Realization

(This story's timeline will take place after they get their dorms and won't exactly be cannon to the main plot.)

Kami's pov

"Alright do to recent events regarding the students safety outside of school campus. The school has made this for you." Aizawa spoke in his usual monotone tired voice. Looking just as tired as he sounded. It was very early in the morning on a Saturday, waaay to early for Kaminari to be awake and pay attention. Especially on the weekend. Yesterday after classes had ended the school made an announcement saying to pack all your belongings and to be at the schools gates by 6:00 am sharp. Everyone was very confused and obviously asked questions but they led to no avail. Aizawa continued.

"These dorms were built on school grounds for you to live at to ensure your safety. You each have your own assigned rooms. I'll unlock the doors for you after I hand out your keys which state your room numbers on it. After that I don't care what you do just don't burn down the place." And with that the keys were handed out and Aizawa unlocked the front doors. The students flooded in to the large building mingling in the common area trying to figure out where their dorms would be. Denki felt a hand on his shoulder and turned around to see Kirishima looking at him with his toothy grin with Bakugou standing not to far behind him.

"Hey Denks, let me see your key! I'm trying to see where everyone in the Bakusquad's dorms are at!" Denki stared at him with tired eyes and handed Kirishima his key. Kirishima examined it before he spoke again. "Oh neat! Your in the same hall as Bakubro over here!" Denki glanced over at the grumpy boy. Bakugou was staring off into the distance not paying any attention to the two having a conversation in front of him. "Denks... Denki .. DENKS!" Denki snapped his head back to kirishima as he noticed Bakugou look over at the two after Kirisima yelled.

"Sorry bro! I wasn't paying attention. Its to early for meeee." Denki whined.

"Dude it's always to early for you. You look to tired to function! Hey I have an idea! You and bakubro should find your floor together since your in the same hall!" Kirishima flashed Denki his signature toothy smile again as Bakugou just rolled his eyes grabbing his and Denki's keys from Kirishima.

"You coming?"

Bakugous pov

"You coming?" I asked as he just kinda looked at me. After his brain registered what I was saying he walked over to me and grabbed his key, his hand grazing over mine. I froze for a second feeling my face heat up before quickly turning and walking towards an elevator. I have had the hugest stupidest crush on Dunce face since what felt like forever. One of those crushes where any sort of phyisical contact with them makes your heart race and those stupid butterflys race in your stomach. The kind where anytime you look at them you have to calm your nerves so your face doesn't turn red as fuck. It was stupid and I hated it.

I heard his hurried footsteps behind me as he tiredly caught up to me. We walked into the elevator standing there as the doors closed, doing nothing. "Uhhh do you know what floor we're on?" He spoke up questioning.

"Uhm I'm assuming that the first number of the dorm number corresponds to the floor we're on. Both of ours start with 3 so I'm assuming that we're on the 3rd floor." I answered his question then turned and pushed the three button on the button panel in the elevator. The elevator started up and began going upwards. The two stood in a sorta uncomfortable silence as the elevator carried them up. When the doors opened the two walked out there arms brushing against eachother. Bakugou tried to play it cool as he looked at the rooms.

"I think our rooms should be over this way." I stated and started to walk to the end of the hall turning to my left and continuing, Dunce face being not far behind me. I found his dorm. "Hey this one's yours" I said turning to look at him, he took his key out of his pocket and placed it in the lock turning and unlocking the door. He walked inside threw down his bags on the already present bed before turning and walking out again leaving the door unlocked. He looked up to me and I quickly turned away and continued down the hall not knowing he was gonna follow me. I found my dorm 3 dorms after his. I unlocked it and walked in before turning and gesturing Dunce face to come in after I noticed he followed me.
