ONE DAY, WHEN THE RAIN WAS POURING AND I WENT FOR A WALK IN A BLACK TIGHT DRESS,
I WAS SO FOCUSED ON THE MUSIC I RAN INTO A BROAD MAN AND DROPPED MY BAG.
"I'M SO SORRY, I WASN'T PAYING ATENTION." I SAY WHEN I MEET HIS EYES.
I'M ABOUT TO KNEEL AND TAKE MY BAG WHEN HE SPEAKS.
"A WOMAN LIKE YOU WITH A DRESS LIKE 'THAT',"
HIS EYES ROAM OVER MY BODY AND SUDDENLY I FEEL EXPOSED,
"SHOULD NEVER BOW FOR A MAN, THAT MAN SHOULD BOW FOR YOU."
HE BOWS IN FRONT OF ME, TAKING MY BAG AND LOOKING UP AT ME FROM HIS POSITION,
I FELT MY HEART FASTEN AND THE TIME SEEMS TO HAVE STOPPED.
HE STOOD UP AGAIN AND GAVE ME MY BACK, HE PLANTED A KISS ON MY HAND AND LEFT.
I STOOD THERE SPEACHLESS IN THE RAIN.
I NEVER SAW THAT MAN AGAIN BUT I KNEW MY WORTH NOW.
