Song: Goodbye by Wendy

Mina's POV:

"I think I'm... Lost." Momo literally face palmed herself through the screen.

"Micheoseo?!" She shouted and I'm so blessed that she's just inside my phone. If this happened with her beside me, she herself is the one who'll be lost!

"Tone down sister! Do you want me to be labelled as a loud crazy Korean girl here?"

"I bet you'll get famous for that. I bet a hundred million views." She smiled cheekily, swaying her head side to side, teasing me.

"Yeah, there's really no use talking to you. Bye." I harshly threw my phone inside my bag. All along, I'm so frustrated. I want to ask the people about directions but, I'm afraid they'll know who I am. I'm literally lost and I don't know what to do. Wait a minute, I know what to do, I want to cry!

"Dang it." I closed my eyes as my back landed on the wall behind me. All I can hear was the blasting sound of the cars passing right in front of me. Even though it's past midnight, the streets are still busy here.

"Welp. I can't just stand around here don't I?" I talked to myself. I then lazily dragged my feet and walked without any consciousness. Crying isn't worth doing right now. It will just make things miserable.

"A pub?" I paused for a moment, contemplating whether to get in because all I can see are old people. Nevertheless, my feet didn't stop walking and I end up getting inside.

"Hey y'all! Old ehrm... Fellas?" After merging all of my unorganized thoughts earlier, I came to a conclusion that I'll just hang around here with old people. Yep, you guys definitely shouldn't do it unless you've got the courage.

They all looked at me with weird looks. I sat down with them and asked, "What are you guys doing here?"

"U-uhm celebrating my birthday?" The old guy stuttered in reply. A moment of silence to all us.

"Well, happy birthday!" I raised up my bottle and surprisingly, they all beamed from my sudden excitement.

"Happy birthday to Ben!"

"Cheers!" Our bottles clanked creating a large sound that fills up the space of the pub. Afterwards we drank, yet I only took a sip from the alcoholic drink that I'm holding. It's too strong.

"What are you doing here little miss?" The old lady asked with such a slow manner.

"Um... Just having fun."

And there goes fun.

You know what? I think I'm the most successful person today. It's like I've already finished playing all the board games and sports inside this pub. I became active for a second, which is, a miracle! Someone give me an award for this. I only do this once in a blue moon.

"Darling, you're not doing good at dart. Let's try billiard." Suggested the old lady. I nodded even though I completely don't have the idea of how it works. Isn't it because I'm having a lot of fun?

I placed myself at the side where people kept passing there. I won't hit them with the cue stick wouldn't I?

1, 2, 3, go!

I swung my cue stick backwards with full force and likewise with going forward. Yes! I shoot the ball in! But wait, why do I feel like I hit something hard behind me?

"Yes!"

"Ouch!"

Oh gosh! I was right! I hit someone while moving the cue stick backwards! Shoot!

"I'm sorry are you okay?!" I asked while the man hissed in pain.

"Mina?!"

"Wonwoo?!"

Wonwoo's POV:

"It's nearly three a.m and since past midnight I've been looking for you. And now, you're hanging in a pub full of old people, laughing and playing games like you aren't even exerting effort in finding your way towards back where you stay. Tell me, are you pretending to be lost? I think I've wasted my time searching you because in reality, you enjoy being astray. I still have classes later on. I can't believe you. You're literally crazy!" I stopped on my tracks and faced her with a mix of irritation and insanity.

"What? Pretending to be lost? Are you serious? I literally can't find my way towards home!" She shouted in front of me.

"Go to the airport and book your flight going Korea. There, you can find your way towards home." I continued walking and walking until I noticed that she's not following me.

She stood with her head hanging down low. What is her problem? Everytime I mention something related to her hometown, she becomes a different person. It feels like she became another person.

"Are you just going to cry?" I asked.

"You don't know anything about me. And if you know that I don't deserve your time and that I'm literally crazy, then you shouldn't have searched me in the first place. You shouldn't have helped me. Besides, I'm just a stranger here." She walked past me, not giving a single glance. Before she could walk farther from me, I got the chance to pull her back.

"Ow!" She groaned.

"Do you know why I helped you? It's because I know what you feel. Being unfamiliar to an unknown city is frightening. Yes, I also experienced that on the past. So, even though we just met, I felt like I already gained a huge responsibility if I won't lend you a hand. You're still a person Mina, you're also my fellow citizen. I will continue to help you but just please understand that I also have my own life. I also have my own responsibilities aside from you." My grip loosened a bit, and so as her expression. She then heaved a deep sigh.

"I want to hate you because you scolded and judged me too quick but I can't because you're too caring." She rolled her eyes and sighed for the second time.

"Fine. I'm sorry and  I promise to not bother you and be mindful of your time." She raised her hand, and talked like she's reciting an oath or something.

"I also apologize for not being with you earlier. So, truce?" I held out my hand and she gladly accepted it.

"Truce."

"Let's get you back home."
