Not gonna lie, since moving here I've gotten extremely close to Fezco. Him literally being like the older brother I.. I never quite had. and I feel bad for saying that, but it's true. Jules having started the transitioning at a young age.

Most of my life, Jules was always like a sister to me growing up. Even before the whole transition, before she even knew what she wanted to be. The kind of brotherly relationship I feel with fezco is different than that I ever had with Jules, our relationship always being more unique from the start.

I love Jules, obviously, and I'm hurt about how she's been pushing me off to the side more and more lately. But it's also helped me get to know Fezco and Ash, and I've grown to love them. Seeing them every day, and most of that time I spent talking with Fezco. He knows a lot about me, and I've come to learn about him. So, I feel comfortable with him, safe.

Ash, well, in case you couldn't tell I like him for other reasons. Of course, if I had to choose between having him as a friend forever by my side or just a fling, I'd much rather choose him to be my friend. I don't think I can imagine not having them in my life now. I've never gotten this close to anyone else other than Jules. Jules was my one and only best friend, Till I met Fezco and Ash. Even if Ash was, is, kinda of a dick. But that's what did kinda make him fun..

I mentally sigh, leaning further into the seat as I watch the road beside me.

"I love you guys." I mumble quietly, Fezco slowing as he rounds a corner.

"We love you too, Gem. Don't ever forget that shit neither." I smile to myself, Fezco slowing completely as I examine the house beside us. I feel eyes on me, not really paying much mind as Fezco shuts off the car.

"Yo, Ash. Unlock the door for y'all, I'll grab the bags. Pick a movie after too, bruh." I look between the two, Ash giving a curt nod before getting out of the car, Fezco gesturing his head to Ash, as if telling me to follow.

"Go with Ash, Marina, I'll be right in." I nod, following after Ash, him not waiting in the slightest, already almost to the door, looking down at what I'm guessing to be keys. I heard a small jingle, taking that as my confirmation. I followed in after Ash, staying in the doorway as I heard Fezco making his way behind us.

"Yo, you didn't have to wait, kid." I rolled my eyes at Fezco, smiling as I held the doors open for him, not like he had much but not just gonna be rude and shut the door when he was literally feet behind me.

"Man, just get your butt movin'." Fezco smiles, shutting the door behind me, locking it after coming in. I couldn't help but smile more at this, the sense of security increasing exponentially. Knowing not only did they take precautions, but because I'd be safe with them even if they didn't.

"You good with me locking things up? We just don't want people comin' in and takin' what don't belong to 'em that's all." I shook my head quickly.

"No, I like knowing they're locked." I looked around the room some.

"Well, you safe here, kid. Come on." I followed him now, cutting right across the room and into a livingroom, a kitchen almost attached to it on the other end. It was small-ish, it being open and separated by an isle and some small infrastructure.

"Ay, go make yourself comfy kid. I'm finna put these bags away, be back in a minute." I nod, looking over to the couches, there be two and a big chair too. The couches were on opposite sides of each other, one on the back wall. The chair was at the head of the couches, the tv being at the foot. Only then I noticed Ash standing there, a movie in hands.
