I was 10 years old and she was a freshman at school. My stupid teacher set her next to me. Secretly I already liked her, but I pretend like not. Her name was Caterina. I laughed and told her I would name her Cat. "Way shorter" I said. I told her my name was Jade, like nobody called me with my full first name. I had to show her the school and I just walked fast so we were over soon. In class again, we had to do some practices. I was softly singing a song. At home I was never aloud to sing, so I was used to sing very soft. But she heared it. I was like a bit embarrased but she smiled and guessed the song right. I wanted to scream something like "mind your own business" but I thought she was actually really nice. I decided to just talk with her. We were so different, but we both loved music so much. Actually we became friends. And we are still, after almost 8 years.
