⌊A/N: Hey guys, I've been cooking this for a little while now and...I may have gone overboard with this chapter. This is gonna be the final part of this battle. Of course, after this, the story would probably diverge from the anime's official story. I'm saying this because I might add in parts that come from the original timeline. But for the most part, expect it to diverge from the official anime plot. The next part's gonna be more focused on the Sharded, so I guess you should probably anticipate for it. Though...I haven't actually started in creating the next chapter so expect it to not come out for a while...like a long while. Hmm...what else? Right. I will go back to my earlier chapters and edit some things out . Rereading this, I noticed a couple of errors so I will have to go back and fix them. Anyways, I am not the creator of the image shown above. All rights go to its owner. Thx :)⌋

⌊A/N 2: Forgot to add this. Any music that was mentioned in this chapter is not owned by me and belongs to their respectful owners. That is all.⌋

⌊A/N 3: Added YT channel names next to music names for easier searching; minor edit to Rear Admiral's speech⌋

UN Bulwark Fleet, Atlantic Ocean

Captain Joe is having a slight panic attack. It's already been several minutes and the enemy hasn't even arrived yet. He started to think that the enemy was taunting them, revealing their presence to the fleet, forcing the Coalition to attack the enemy, destroy the fleet's attack on them, then leave without doing a retaliatory attack.

Of course, the other members of the USS Brandon all look at him with worry and empathy. They know that the captain needs to calm down if he's gonna lead the entire crew into battle. Yet at the same time, they could not help but fear for what was to come. They knew when they signed up for the job that their lives would someday end on the battlefield, a place far away from their home, their friends & families, and their normal lives.

Joe then looked towards his radar crewmember, wanting to know if the enemy had revealed itself beyond the horizon.

"Anything yet, sailor?"

"I'm sorry but there's nothing yet, captain."

"DAMMIT!" Joe yelled as he slammed his fist into a nearby wall. He was getting frustrated. He knew that the enemy was capable of wiping them out at any moment. But for them to not even show up is getting on his anxious nerves.

"Where in the hell is the enemy!? It's already been several minutes since we received the word from the rear admiral and yet they still haven't arrived!"

"Sir, you need to calm down." Joe's XO said towards the panicking captain.

The XO's words reached the captain and soon he began to calm down. Once he had fully calmed down, he looked towards his radar crewmember again before speaking.

"Could you check if the radar's acting up?"

"I could captain...but I think it wouldn't work. We just checked the radar 10 minutes ago before the news came in. We didn't see any problem when we checked it."

"Then check the radar again. This time make sure if there is any jamming present."

The radar crewmember heeded Joe's orders and began to inspect the radar for any faults or errors in its system. He first shut down the control panel for the radar before opening a hatch on the lower front of it, revealing the control panel's internal hardware. With the help of a flashlight to illuminate the dark  He checked to see if any cables were broken, misaligned, or incorrectly placed. He did this for about 2 minutes, double-checking to see if he had missed anything. Unsurprisingly, he found nothing to be particularly wrong with the hardware. He then closed the hatch and turned on the control panel.
