An hour went by as they sat with Tyson, the police took Bucky and Tyson's statements. Finally Dr Amberlyn Marcum and Dr Troy Warwick came into the room.
"She is currently in a CCU room, she is stable but critical. We have put her on a ventilator and we believe she may have slipped into a coma due to all the blood loss and trauma to her body." Dr Warwick said
Sarah fell to her knees and cried as James held her.
"We almost lost her but we were able to revive her. That is why her surgery took longer than normal." Dr Marcum said
Once they were all calm they were able to go see her, Bucky sat with her awhile and held her hand. He counted her bracelets, and realized one was missing. After visiting hours were over theh all went home to get some sleep, food and a shower.
The next morning Jennì found Bucky frantically moving furniture in Maxie's room.
"What are you doing?" She said
"I'm trying to find one of her bracelets." He said
"Why do you care? You never bothered to wear the ones she made you." Jenni said
"Jenni please, its the one with all the hearts on it." He said
"Buck..that bracelet was special to her but its long gone in the ocean of Hawaii." Jenni said
"Did she lose it?" He said
"No she tossed it the morning we left " she said
"I am confused why would she toss it." He said
"Because the bracelet didn't have just hearts on it, it also had MJR❤sJBB on it." Jenni said
Bucky looked down, "Jenni help me make her a new one and make me one too. I'll go get her nee bead set cause I know she tossed the other one." He said as he walked out. .
He found the ones she made him in his old bedroom dresser drawer. He slipped them on and headed to the store. When he returned home Jenni helped him make the two bracelets, he slipped his on and left for the hospital.
When he got to Maxie's room he relieved Sarah to get some coffee and lunch.
"Hey Maxie I have something for you." He slipped her bracelet on as he said it.
He made her feel the ones he had on. "I still have them and Jenni helped me make a new one for me that matches your new one. But I also have a song for you, this song is everything you won't let me say cause you won't let me talk." He said
He put his airpods in, and pulls up his ITunes, he presses play on "Sorry" by Buckcherry. He holds her hand as the song plays. He also played "The Reason" by Hoobastank.
He kissed her forehead before he left to visit Tyson. They were also told Mason died from the gun shots he sustained.
