you were currently walking with Silver as you talked a bit, as of late you'd gotten closer to him and he was surprised that Malleus told you the truth about Lilia, but Silver expressed his happiness that there was someone who could talk to and understand their liege, as he'd long known how alone Malleus had been ever since they came to Night Raven but things were different now, it brought a blush to your face after you heard him say all that 

Silver let out a yawn, "excuse me,"

you started, "are you always sleepy Silver?"

"Yes, I am, for as long as I can remember now...Father doesn't know why I'm like this either"

"I see"

Silver then turned to you, "are you on your way to your club now?"

you nodded, "yes

"Then If it's alright, I can escort you" he said

you smiled, "oh, I'm alright on my own but thank you Silver"

he then did as he said he would and walked with you to the main street, where the statues of the great seven were and where Malleus was currently waiting for you, but he was leaning underneath one of the trees as he had his eyes closed, a gentle smile came to your face

Silver started, "I'm heading back now, see you later"

you nodded and he soon left, you then started walking over to Malleus but did so quietly as not to disturb him, and once by the tree you folded your skirt underneath you as you sat down on the grass as you took In the peacefulness all around, you then looked up at Malleus as he stood still with his eye still closed as if he was sleeping almost and you wondered if he was, and you then found yourself unable to look away from him as he looked so peaceful,

but then your cheeks became pink as you looked away, just as he started to rouse and his emerald eyes looked around before they landed on you In surprise, 

"Ah, you're here"

you nodded, "mhm, I'm sorry If I disturbed you just now"

Malleus then took in a breath, uncrossing his arms "not at all"

you looked up to the tree branches, "Forgive my asking I hope this Isn't rude, but there are fairies who live in the trees yes?"

"There are, especially those that live in the forests, some even live near or in the water while others live near the embers of a fire, there's many kinds of fairies and ones such as myself are Dragon Fairy"

you started, "I've heard of those often, recently I came across a book about Dragon Fae and...you can turn into a dragon?"

Malleus smirked, "we can, though only If we possess a powerful magic such as my grandmother and myself"

you looked to him, "and you fly as well"

Malleus gave a simple nod, and you started to smile "that's amazing, but I read that the Dragon Fae themselves already have wings that're dark in color almost feather like"

 "Yes"

you then realized you were asking him too many questions, so you stopped yourself short 

Malleus raised a brow, "Is something wrong?"

you cleared your throat, "I'm sorry, I've asked too much"

Malleus smiled, "It's no trouble at all I don't mind, if there's anything else you'd like to know I will tell you"

you blushed, "w...well thank you, but I shouldn't pry anymore"

just then the wind blew and some of the leaves started falling, you rose onto your feet as you took in the somehow beautiful sight but then one of them landed in your hair, Malleus noticed and stepped forward as he reached with his gloved hand, the sudden closeness brought another blush to your cheeks as his fingers lightly touched your hair as he removed the leaf, but then his emerald eyes locked with yours as you gazed at each other for the moment, just as Malleus felt that warm feeling return to his chest, but then he soon snapped out of It

he stepped back, showing the leaf "Apologies, this was in your hair" 

you looked at his palm, "oh, thank you"

Malleus then turned, "Club meetings are almost over, but would you walk with me?"

"yes"

you then followed him as he started walking along with him, and he broke the silence first as he started talking about one of his fondest memories from childhood, and it was the time when Lilia was teaching him to fly and or levitate which was filled with many mistakes 

Malleus gave a gentle smile, "but then finally I was able to do It alone, and Lilia went flying with me as we played hide and seek after that"

you smiled, "aw,"

"it's so sweet, Lilia's been a wonderful father to you all"

Malleus chuckled, "Indeed"

you looked up to the sky as you watched the clouds drift, but then you remembered something 

you turned to him, "Malleus, In a few days my dorm's going to have Its annual Unbirthday party...would you like to come?"

Malleus stopped In surprise, "you're Inviting me?"

you smiled, "Yes, Dorm Head said we can Invite friends that we have outside the dorm"

Malleus's cheeks became pink, "Friend...?"

you then blushed, "oh, I'm sorry I didn't mean to assume I only-"

Malleus smiled, "Don't worry, I'm happy you think of me as so, I feel the same about you"

you felt your heart flutter, and you smiled "alright,"

just then you heard the bell ringing from outside, and you knew it was time to go back inside

"Is there a set time for the party?" he asked

you thought, "It's at noon on Wednesday"

Malleus smiled, "alright then, I'll be there but until then...see you soon"

he then disappeared with the little green lights left behind, you then started walking back in the direction of the school as you started to feel an excitement welling up inside you.
