Riska's POV :

I was searching for Kate with Devando.

It was cold.

We were the pair that was given the furthest search route.

My legs walked for two hours passing the snow.

We were tired and exhausted in the cold.

Then suddenly my phone rang.

I looked at Devando and his phone also ranged.

It was a notification telling us to immediately return to the base camp.

"What happened?"

Devando asked.

"I don't know, but we should go back."

"Maybe they found Kate already."

I said to him.

The both of us went back to the base camp.

Everyone there was at guard.

"Joanna is looking for you guys."

One of the agents told us.

So me and Devando went to her office.

"What do you think happened?"

Devando asked.

"I don't know."

"Maybe a breach?"

As we were discussing, Joanna bumped in to us.

"We need to talk."

She said then walked us to her office.

"What the hell happened?"

I asked her.

"Long story short, Kate was found by a women named Silvia. She claims herself as an agent of UNIT."

"Later we found out that she was Nicole."

Joanna explained to us.

"Nicole?"

"As in the goddess of light that you guys fought?"

I asked.

"Isn't she dead?"

Devando added.

"Yeah, that's what we thought as well."

"Then this popped up."

"Only the catch is, she lost her powers."

She explained again.

"Wait, if Nicole survived then is Derren alive to?"

I asked.

"Yes!"

"That's what we thought as well."

"But I can't run a facial recognition or else Vertic would start to ask questions."

"And that is why I am sending the both of you to Jakarta."

Joanna told us.

"Jakarta?"

"Why?"

Devando asked.
