It has been a few days since you joined the VP, and things have been... different. You made friends quickly in the protocol as Brimstone told you to have a professional relationship with everyone and always keep it civil, but that rule has been hard for you to follow because of a specific rude agent, Yoru. He has been bugging you as the two of you have done nothing but fight over the littlest things to the biggest things. Both of you and Yoru have been competitive with each other, especially on missions although missions are still relatively new to you, training hard to become stronger in missions. Luckily, Sage, Jett, and Phoenix have been helping you lately with training.

"Nice aim, C/N! You're doing good!" Jett cheered.
You nod at her. "Thanks!" You say, turning back to aiming at the dummies that were set up by KillJoy. You spotted a dummy from a very long distance, you pointed your gun at the still object and shoot without your scope. A gunshot can be heard loudly as you listen to Phoenix and Jett rooting for you, meanwhile Sage just observes. You shot more dummies as you continued training. While you were training, you hear the door open as you curiously look behind to see Viper and Yoru enter the room. "C/N, Sage, Phoenix, and Jett will be heading off to a mission so Yoru will be helping you train for now." She said, her mature tone muffled (but still clear) because of her gas mask.
Are you fucking kidding me?
"V-viper, are you joking? Why Yoru and not someone else?" You asked, baffled.
"Well, KillJoy has noticed lately that the probability of a mission being successful is higher when you and Yoru work together because of the abilities you both have." Viper replied.
"So was this the reason why you had to drag me here? To help this noob?" Yoru said, completely pissed.
You immediately looked at the cocky man, glaring at him as you definitely felt insulted "What did you just call me?" you spoke up, anger raising in your voice. "Just because I'm new to the protocol, doesn't mean you get to call me dumb names." you continued.
"Tch, I feel like I'm entitled to say whatever I want. I'm a God." Yoru said confidently.
"Excuse me? You're just talking meat to me." You snap.
"Oooooh! Wow! I'm so offended!" Yoru sarcastically said, purposely making you angrier.
You look away from him as you started to yell, raising your hands "Oh my god, can you like shut the fuck up for once!" You roared.
The small banter stopped as Viper interrupted. "When will you two just stop?" she said, rubbing her temples, already feeling annoyed.
"Sorry Viper," You apologized.
Viper took a deep breath before speaking, "Anyways, Yoru will be the one helping you train for today. You two better not do anything dumb. I should get going now." she said, sighing. Jett walked towards you as she patted your back, "I'll see you in a bit, C/N, hopefully, Yoru won't be much of a bother to you." Jett said, chuckling. "Let's go now, pretty boy!" She yelled out to Phoenix, running to him as they both left with Sage and Viper following. They then left the room, shutting the door behind them. As soon as they left, you huffed and turned to Yoru. You looked up at him as he was taller than you. He notices you gazing as he looked down at you, raising an eyebrow.
