The convoy of murderous soldiers trekked stealthily through the mist and greenery. They made no sound. With them were apes who they had captured when they attacked Caesar's command post. They were lead by the villainous Colonel, his mad mind fixated on finishing off the apes, and especially killing their king......

Little did the humans know, that the apes had peppered the area with traps, to ensnare the marines if they got too close.

The first trap was sprung. The man was lifted up into the trees and dangled upside down, hung by his his ankle from a vine!

Then another was captured. Then another. It was a disaster. The Colonel ran. McCullough new the apes were nearby, and if he could destroy their leader, he would be legendary.......

He didn't care about his platoon. He just cared about himself, and killing Caesar. Only 10 out of 30 came out of the trap field, but they weren't the only ones looking for the apes that day.........
