TRIGGER WARNING

this is a short novel with potentially triggering elements inside. i am writing this as a work of fiction, and i am in no way romanticising the topics above, i am simply telling a story about characters who have suffered or experienced bad things. this is a historic fantasy involving clans at war, so there will be lots of blood and death.

i am writing this because this is how i express myself. i love angst, and i love darker topics. i do not condone nor support any of the warnings above, this is simply a work of fiction. characters in this story are simply caricatures of their real life counterpart and are in no way related at all. if any of the above warnings trigger you in any possible way, please do not continue. i have given plenty of warning.

as i said above, this story is pretty angsty. if any of these subjects trigger anything please do not read. i do not need anyone in my dms or commenting angrily how i triggered their anxiety because they did not listen when i specifically put plenty of warnings.

AUTHORS NOTE

whaddup everyone. I cannot seem to stop writing new fics.......I apologise lol. anyway, I have had this idea for a long time, since watching the untamed, so many of the ideas come from that. this is an INACCURATE historical fantasy, taking ideas and inspiration from Chinese, Japanese and Korean history and culture. many outfits, items, homes, places, weapons, will be a mix between these three, mostly Chinese and Korean.

I am well aware these Korean characters are wearing Chinese outfits and using Chinese weapons, again, it is HEAVILY inspired by the untamed, so it mostly has Chinese influence. I do not claim anything occurring in this story is realistic or historically accurate. just saying.

this was also inspired by kingdom's "karma", which you all HAVE to check out now! the mv is stunning and the song is just amazing.

I actually wrote this for my uni major creative work and did really well on it (first half of the first chapter) so I hope you all enjoy it too!

like i said, this is inspired by the untamed, which does have a lot of fighting and darker themes. for my story, a lot of clans are at odds with one another so there is a lot of fighting and death. also there's magic. ;)
