The sunflower is the second plant obtained by the player in the plants vs Zombies franchise. It is one of the basic and most iconic plants in the franchise.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, can create sun to plant other plants, small size (Type 0)|Same as before, but can generate twice as much sun in the same amount of time.
Attack Potency: Below Average Human level(Is completely passive and incapable of attacking)|Below Average Human level
Speed: Immobile (Is literally rooted to the ground), with Hypersonic+ reactions(Comparable to the other plants)
Lifting Strength: Unknown (Has never been shown to lift anything)
Striking Strength: Below Average Human Class (Lacks limbs necessary for striking)
Durability: Building level+(Can take multiple bites from zombies, who can withstand hits from kernel pults)|Building level+
Stamina: Unknown(Is capable of continuously creating sun as long as it is rooted to the ground)

Standard Equipment: None notable
Intelligence: Average. While it doesn't have any fighting skill, only being able to create sun, it has a successful YouTube channel according to the Plants vs Zombies 2.
Weakness: The sunflower is completely rooted to the ground and has no offensive capability whatsoever.
Notable Attacks and Techniques:
Twin Sunflower: The sunflower can be upgraded to a twin Sunflower that can put out twice as much sun as its non-upgraded form.
