Dhruv pov

Finally i got some hope from arjun uncle he introduce me to some of his friends they agreed to work with me but

its still not enough to compensate the lose and we all have to work overtime for the following month.

But i'm not gonna lose hope.

As i was working someone barged into my room when i looked up i saw arun having a grin and was breathing heavily.

I motioned him to drink water ''dhru--dhruv we got a huge project'' he said panting

''what ?! I don't remember giving proposal for projects'' after the incident i don't want to propose to some big projects because if i don't get the project i would leave bad impact about the company.

''Yesterday someone called me and said they are calling from mishra companies and if we are willing to work with them and i said to meet you in the office tomorrow'' he rushed to say things

''So its still not confirmed ?'' I asked ''but seems like he is more willing to work with us'' and he continued

''He is waiting in the meeting room come fast'' i wore my coat and went to the meeting room. I hope it ends up good and if this collaboration become successful we can overcome the lose and even take the company to the next level.

I have heard about mishra company. The company chairman is very young and famous for being a perfectionist.

As i entered the meeting room i saw arjun mishra the chairman and beside there stands a young lady in the age of ananya. I guess i have seen her somewhere.

We both begin our meeting and guess what its a success. We greet each other and they went.

We both went to my cabin and flopped on the couch in my cabin ''finally it will be over in a month or two'' i sighed ''yeah''

''Lets have a party'' arun said having lot of hope in his eyes ''NO'' i said sternly

Later that evening

Guess what i am waiting for ananya and her friends because this idiot didn't leave me until i say yes to the party so i invited them

''Hey ananya'' she smiled and sat beside me ''where is aishu ?'' I asked.

''She is coming with my friends. Where is arun ?'' He went to washroom ''mm so why did you invite me for lunch all of a sudden ?'' She asked me

''I have a lot of project going on and i don't know when i will get time so i planned to meet you all when i have time'' she nodded her head

''Hey dhruv'' i heard aishu shout. I chuckled and turned to my surprise i saw arjun mishra and his PA with aishu

''I can't see you sad'' ananya whispered in my ears. And went towards them and got them to the table

''Hi Mr. Dhruv i know you are surprised. I am Teju ananya's beat friend from college'' she offered me handshake

But i felt bad its all because of ananya not because of my work ''but don't misunderstand that i want to work with you because of ananya. I was searching for a good company in south india to colab and teju recommended you. I decided to colab after i get to know about you it was all because of your work and ethics'' arjun said

I felt light but still i have to thank ananya.. God ! What did i do to deserve a girl like her!

Ananya pov

I noticed dhruv was a bit sad when he get to know teju is my friend but his face become normal after arjun spoke.

Our order arrived and we started to dig in

The boys are boring all they speak about is business stuff 😠😠😠 didn't he want to spend time with us ? then what the hell is he doing now

*cough cough*

teju fake coughed to get the attention of boys and they all turned towards us with a sheepish smile

Dhruv mouthed me sorry and gave me his orange juice to drink. I glared at him but who can resist the cuteness of a grown man that too dhruv

I finally smiled and took a sip from his drink *cough cough* this time aishu fake coughed to bring us back to the real world

''Aishu wear mask'' teju said ''why ?'' Aishu asked confused even everyone is ''because love is in the air'' teju said in a teasing tone

''Oooooohhhhhh'' everyone teased us for the rest of the dinner and my cheeks started to hurt from blushing

It was really fun after that we all went ok our way dhruv will be busy for the upcoming months so i can't contact him often and i cant propose him soon
