𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐀'𝐒 𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐑, the girl couldn't help but continuously gush over the way Stefan threw the football back at Tyler or the way Tyler almost fell after catching it.

"That throw was crazy," Seraphina said as she continuously glanced between Stefan and her locker with a large smile as she exchanged a few of her books. "did you see the way Tyler
almost fell?"

Seeing the large smile on the girl's face and all the excitement in her voice, Stefan couldn't help but chuckle as he watched her.

"How'd you do that?" Seraphina asked curiously causing Stefan to re-adjust his backpack on his shoulder as he came up with a half-lie.

"I used to play football a lot, I gave it up a long time ago." He spoke softly, his mind racing back to the first time Damon introduced him to the game, back when everything was normal.

Hearing his answer, Seraphina's face quickly morphed into a small frown as she realized the thought in her head wouldn't be possible.

"Aww, I was hoping I could get you to try out for the team," The girl said with a small pout as she finished switching out her books. "they kind of suck, even with Matt and Tyler."

"I don't know," Stefan said shaking his head before he leaned closer to her and started talking lowly as if he was telling a secret. "I'm pretty sure the Quarterback hates me."

"I wouldn't say he hates you," Seraphina spoke with a slight wince, as she did notice the glares Matt often sent Stefan. "Tyler, definitely doesn't like you, but Matt's not like that," although they hadn't hung out in a while, Seraphina still knew how Matt was deep down. "I'd know, once upon a time we used to be close."

With that the girl closed her locker, before she started walking down the hallway, Stefan quickly trailed after her with a confused look on his face.

"What happened?" Stefan asked as he quickly caught up with her, his question slightly catching the girl off guard as she hadn't expected him to care much.

"He started dating Elena," She replied simply as she hangouts, "then he started hanging out with Tyler instead of me, I couldn't really handle Tyler's constant advances."

Hearing the fact that Tyler used to hit on his girlfriend before he was around, Stefan couldn't help the hostile feeling that was building in his chest.

"Yeah, it was a few weeks after Elena and Matt first got together," Seraphina continued to explain simply, not feeling as if it was important. "whenever I wanted to hang out with Matt, Tyler always manage to be there, he would wait until Matt left the room to hit on me and stuff."

Finishing her sentence, Seraphina shrugged as she never really took Tyler's flirting and such to heart, since she's known Tyler and he was known to hit on anything with two breasts and a pulse.

Although hearing her words only met with silence, Seraphina quickly turned her head only to see Stefan walking beside her with his eyebrows furrowed.

"Why the long face," The girl asked slightly confused, before a teasing smile started growing on her face. "jealous?"

"No." Stefan immediately denied it, although his word only caused Seraphina to giggle not believing his word.

"You totally are." The girl continued to tease him with a smile on her face, causing the corners of his mouth to raise only slightly.

"Okay maybe a little," He admitted to her after a small bead of silence as he threw his arm around the girl's shoulder. "but it's Tyler, so I can confidently say he didn't and doesn't have a chance."

"Exactly," Seraphina said nodding her hand as she trailed her arm across his waist, the two looking like a cliche high-school couple. "now back to the whole football thing."

Hearing the girl go back to the topic Stefan was subtly trying to avoid, the teen let out a groan throwing his head back, but continuing to walk down the hallway.

"Come on you should at least tryout, Mr. Tanner might not even let you join." Seraphina spoke with a teasing smile, hoping the boy's pride would compel him to try out to prove her wrong.

"Why do you want me to try out so badly?" Stefan asked his girl curiously as he looked down at her, his question causing her smile to grow larger.

"Just imagine how cute we would be," She told him with a small squeal as she practically bounced where she stood. "the Co-Captain of the Cheer Squad and the best football player on the team, we be that cute cliche High School couple."

"You're a Cheerleader?" Stefan asked curiously as his mind went straight to how attractive, hot, and beautiful she'd look in a cheerleading outfit.

"Yeah, Caroline's the Captain, and she made me her glorified Co-Captain," Seraphina answered simply not realizing the slight nsfw turn Stefan's mind had taken. "we're even having our practice after school on the field."

"So you have one of those really cute cheerleading outfits?" Stefan asked as he looked his girl up and down, already imagining how gorgeous she would look in it.

Hearing his follow-up question, Seraphina couldn't help the slight blush that came over her face as she realized what he had probably been thinking.

"Yes I do," Seraphina said her lowering her voice, as she moved her body closer to Stefan. "and you get to see me in it, on the field, every Friday,"

The two leaned in towards each other as she spoke until Seraphina suddenly pulled back and said: "cheering for you if you join the team."

Stefan groaned once again throwing his head back with a small pout on his face, at how Seraphina ruined the mood.

"At least think about it." Seraphina said with a small whine as she looked up at the teen a bored expression on her face.

"Okay." Stefan said the pout still on his face, as they finally arrived in front of their shared classroom.
