Sandro's POV
Nang makarating kami ni Y/n sa hotel and we both went straight elevator since yung restaurant ay makikita sa may roof top ng hotel. When we reached the floor I told Y/n to go inside first sa resto and susunod na ako.
"Y/n, you should go inside first. May tatawagan lang ako" sabi ko at first she had hesitations but at last nag agree naman.
As she entered the resto pinabantay ko muna siya sa bodyguard na kasama namin. But I instructed him na wag mag papahalata na binabantayan siya, then I went somewhere na hindi masyadong matao so I dialed someone to call.
"Hello, Sir Martinez. Good evening" I greeted him at the other line.
"Hi Mr. Sandro, goodevening din Sir" he responded.
"Yung pinagawa ko, is it done na?" sabi ko.
"Yes Sir, nasend ko na sa email mo lahat ng informations tungkol dun sa lalaki napina background check mo Sir" detective Martinez said.
"Sige detective, thank you so much po" sabi ko.
"No worries Sir, salamat din po" he said then we both bid our goodbyes to each other.
As I opened my email, andun nga yung informations about Y/n's ex-boyfriend. Yes, pina background check ang ex-boyfriend ni Y/n and I knew everything about him and his family. Once I was already done reading everything I rushed myself papasok sa resto and then I saw the comotion sa mismong pagka pasok ko and I saw Y/n slapped his ex-boyfriend.
"Sino ba to Y/n? Eto pala ang rason kung bakit ayaw mo na akong balikan?" is ex said.
"Mr. Alejandro, one of the son's ni Mr. Frank Alejandro" sabi ko which made them both looked shocked.
"And you are? W-wait how did you know my name?" he asked.
"Hindi mo na kailangang malaman kung sino ako at paano kita nakilala, but I will tell you this once, stop bothering my girlfriend Mr. Zonix Ezekiel Alejandro" sabi ko as I hold Y/n's hand and dragged her palabas ng resto.
Hindi na namin masyadong pinag usapan yung tungkol sa nangyari earlier habang papunta sa place ni Y/n. We decided na dun na lang mag dinner kaya nag drive thru na lang din kami. When we arrived sa place ni Y/n, nag dinner na kami and I stayed a little while just to make sure na safe siya.
"Uhm.. Sandy, thank you" she said.
"You don't have to, all I wanted is to make you safe and trust me" sabi ko "I should be the one sayung that" I added.
"I-I doubted at first when you let me accept Zonix's invitation, but as I was looking at you at the restuarant, that was the time I said to myself na I should trust you and I believe in you" she said looking straight into my eyes.
"I know that you never wanted to trust me and you doubted me, but I tell you Y/n and I will always say this to you..." I said as I hold her hands "I will protect and never leave you alone" I added and kissed her forehead then hugged her.
I never expected na she'll hug me back, but to my surprise she did. I comforted her for a while and made sure na okay na siya. As I looked at my watch it was already 11pm so I decided na umuwi na since its already late, kaya nag paalam na ako kay Y/n.
"I should go ahead" sabi ko kay Y/n.
"Yeah, its already late baka hinahanap ka na ni Tita Liza" sabi naman ni Y/n.
"If you need anything or what just call me right ahead, okay? And make sure na naka lock lahat ng pwedeng way na mapasukan ka" sabi ko.
"I will, don't worry Sandy. Tsaka safe naman na ako dito" sabi niya and smiled.
"I'll message you pag dating ko ng bahay. Good night" I said with a smile and when I was about to leave she called me.
"Good night... Sandy..." sabi niya and he kissed my cheeks.
"G-good night" sabi ko with a big smile while leaving her.
I was quite guilty leaving her alone sa place niya, especially sa nangyari tonight. So I went sa receptionist and sa guard ng building para kausapin and told them na huwag papasukin or tatanggap ng mga bagay na galing sa taong nag ngangalan na Zonix Ezekiel Alejandro and they agreed naman since nag explain ako kung bakit kailangan na iwasan yung taong yan.
FASTFORWARD
Nang maka rating ako ng bahay, tulog na sila mom and dad, while yung dalawa kong kapatid nasa bar area nag uusap kaya I went there to join them.
"Hey Si, Vinny" I greeted them.
"Oh kuya, how's your dinner date?" Vinny asked.
"Well... Medyo okay naman" sabi ko.
"Want some drinks?" Simon said.
"Yes please, isang San Miguel lang Si. Thanks" sabi ko naman and he then gave me a bottle.
"Why do you say 'medyo okay'?" Vinny asked again. So I told them everything that happened, nag usap lang kami.
"So Sandro, you mean kayo na ni Y/n?" sabi ni Simon.
"Not yet, I don't make rush naman between me and her" sabi ko.
"But... She kissed you on the cheeks" Vinny said and parang sobra yung kilig that he feels than me.
"Siguro na dala lang ng emotions Vincent, I don't want to pressure Y/n naman eh kaya hayaan niyo na" sabi ko as I finish my drink.
"If ever the both of you will be in a relationship soon, what will you do? Are you going to deny or tell the public about it?" Simon asked.
"We haven't talked about that thing, and we'll just see what will happen" sabi ko "I should go upstairs and sleep, good night brothers" I added and left them sa bar area.
So pagka pasok ko ng room ko, I went straight sa bathroom to get shower and prepare myself to go to sleep in a while from now. I almost for to message Y/n kaya mabilis din ako nag left ng message sa kanya. Hindi ko na din nahintay na mag reply siya baka natulog na din yun.
What happened tonight is kinda intimidating but at the same time, it was a very beautiful night which I was able to meet Y/n's ex-boyfriend. Well the truth is, hindi talaga ako mahilig mang away, and thanks to my bodyguard. I am so grateful that Y/n trusted me, and my hopes went high because of her kiss.
