Eddie pov:

Harrington's voice was the last thing I heard before passing out, I woke up in a strangely familiar place, still half asleep I realized I was in Steve's bed. I admired his room, apparently Steve lovessss Queen he has at least 15 posters of the band I laughed to myself and tried to figure out.

"what happened."

"You were knocked out in your neighbors pool." Steve said startling me I didn't realize he came in the room.

"Right" I started remembering everything that happens everything Jason said to me "fag" "a fucking whore" I started to hyper ventilate I couldn't breath Steve rushed over to me

"EDDIE" He screamed out of worry "Eddie breath it's okay it's me I'm here your okay" I started to calm down as I sobbed into his arms after the tears had stopped he kissed me on the forehead to comfort me

I pulled away from his embrace and looked into his eyes, "What are we Steve"

"What?"

"I said what are we, are we flings or are you going to make me yours." I asked nervously waiting for him to say something

After a long pause he Finally broke the silence " you already are mine maybe not official but mine with that he pulled me into a hug and looked at the time

"Can we be official" I say through sobs

"Of course ed's"

Steve's pov:

"Shit it's already 10:38"

I look over at Eddie laying on my bed groaning as he was getting up his stomach was hurt he didn't feel like walking

"What the hell are you doing Munson" as I rush over to re-seat him

"Going to the car"

"I'm not driving you home your staying the night, now scooch"

I wanted to kiss him so badly his face glowing in the moonlight but he was already passed out and it felt good to know he was safe I kissed him on the forehead and said good night

I couldn't sleep very well I was to worried about Eddie couldn't handle being so close too him I was too nervous I got up out of bed trying not to wake Eddie up he was so cute when he slept I washed my face and went back to the bed.

(Morning)

I woke up to a very loud snoring, Eddie was still asleep I quietly crawled out of the bed and snuck down the stairs my parents were gone like usual  they were always in business trips they weren't home ever I lived alone in Hawkins and they lived everywhere

I decided to make Eddie's favorite breakfast french toast as I whisked the eggs I accidentally cut myself on the broken wire yelping in pain I heard rustling upstairs soon came down Eddie bed head and all

"Good morning gorgeous, your hair looks really messy btw"

Eddie quickly reached up to fix it

"Wait" I said "it looked hot"

His face turned bright red, I chuckled at the flustered mess in front of me.

"You want some french toast"

"My my, the king can cook" he took a bite " and well at that"

We both laughed, I ate fast and I guess Eddie noticed

"Why the hurry"

"Oh I have work at family video today"
