Y/N buy some items and some better equipments then sold the old ones

Y/N: hey Zac do you have something that might help me breath better

Zacharie: your in luck I found few things for you here

He gives them a pile , they looked at him questionably but he insists on eating it so they took the pill and they suddenly felt like they can breathe properly

Y/N: wow the smoke doesn't both me anymore

Zacharie: I noticed how hard it is for you to breath so I just mess around abit and made it for you. Don't worry it's free

Y/N: (blinks) really no catch?

Zacharie: none amigo also here

He gives them a pair of what seems like football shoes

Y/N: shoes ?

Zacharie: wear it then check your stats

Y/N: alright

They wear it and when they check their stats the shoe counts as a weapon
