This story takes place after season four, Eddie survived the bat attack and Hawkins is in a somewhat stable place. El, Will, Johnathan, Joyce and Hopper are living as a family in the Byers old house. Argyle moved back to California but comes to visit them.
Unfortunately, Max didn't survive the events of the season, leaving the party in a state of grief, but no one feels as down about it as Lucas and El.
Yuri and Antonov (Enzo) Went back to Russia and Murray is back in his secluded house, visiting the Byers for dinner at times.
Eddie and Wayne Munson both live in the same motel for now, Wayne is down the hall from Eddie.
