M/N is the younger brother to Steve Harrington. Growing up he always felt like the second choice, an accident, the other brother.
His parents always favored his brother, with his athletic ability and charming looks.
M/N on the other hand (while still of course looking fabulous) he was a 'sarcastic weirdo'.
