This move has a constant condition to lower the targets sanity and cause them a mental shutdown (lowers special attack) and provides a boost in power due to same type attack bonus (STAB). Also It make it scary.

Although it's accuracy is trash and could be improved, it packs a punch on the spectrum of things also providing the STAB bonus, With 110 power included with a 1.5% boost it is just powerful.
