Love (Jasper Hale X Reader)

𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑡𝑒𝑟 20. 𝑅𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑟 𝑊𝑎𝑙𝑘

"Where to?" I asked

"Follow me!" Jasper said. He started walking away.

"Hey! Wait for me!" I said laughing and rushing to him

He lead me to a river. It was placed in channel. Behind it was a Mountain. And all around it rocks and trees and flowers....

"Hey Hey! Dont go down!" Jasper said while I was trying get to the river.

"I'll be fine!" I said brushing him off as a joke. Right after i said that. I tripped and fell into river.

"Y/n!" Jasper said trying to get to me.

"Im all wet" I said as I took out some of the grass out of my hair.

I looked at Jasper. He tryied so hard to hold in his laugh.
I looked at myself sitting in the water, than back to Jasper. I couldnt do anything more. But burst in laughter.

We both started laughing so hard. Jasper even finished on the floor.

*5 minutes later*

"Maybe we should stop laughing!" I said still laughing

"I mean yes! What are we even laughing at anymore?" He said still laughing too.

"Okay! Come up here!" Jasper said helping me out of the river.
"Gosh your wet! We will have to take a longer walk. Till you dry up!" Jasper said in his Southern accent.

*While you walk*

"So i told you my name? I mean my full name?" I stated

"So?" He asked

"Why dont you tell me yours?" I asked leaning at him

"Seriously?" He asked
"Im dead serious!" I said jokingly

"Tell me!" I teased

"Okay! Okay miss Petrova Swan!" Now he teased

I looked at him with one brow up.

"My full name is Jasper Whitlock Hale!" He said

"Alright mister Whitlock Hale!" I teased back

I really love this man. I just wish he'd put a ring on my finger already! I guess my emotions are pretty easy to tell

"Your in love!" Jasper said
"You think?" I sarcassticly said
"Yes! Your emotions are pretty easy to tell" Jasper teased
I punched him slightly in the shoulder.

Jasper led me to a flower field.
"We've been here before?" I asked looking at all beautiful flowers

"Yes! When I planned our first date. On when you became love of my life" He stated and threw himself on grass

I sat down next to him.
"Wait! Wait!" He yelled
"Stand back up!" He said
"And close your eyes!" He added

I stood up and covered my eyes.

Jasper's POV

I kneeled down on one knee. I know i couldn't propose to her like this. I knew i could do better. I took out a small box. I love her. I need her. And I want to have her in my life as long as I can. I always knew i didnt just wanted to be friends with her.

"Okay open your eyes!" I said

Y/n's POV

I opened my eyes and saw Jasper kneeled down on a ground.

"Y/n Petrova Swan" He said and took a deep breath.
"Would you do me a honor! And accept this promise ring? And promise me not to ever leave me. For any other guy?" Jasper said

My hands were now on my face. I was in shock. Few tears rolled down my face

"Yes! Of course i promise!" I said and hugged him. He kissed me and we found our way back to the house.

*At the house*

"Ladies first" Jasper said and opend the door for me.

He came inside after me.

"Oh kids! There you are!" Carlisle said

"We have a guest!" Esme added.

"Kids! This is Emily. She will be staying over at our for some time!" Carlisle said

"She's blonde" I whispered to Jasper

"Shes ugly" He whispered back to me.

That girl ran and hugged Jasper. I felt my anger rising and face heating up.
